I've been thinking about this for quite a while and worried about saying this and coming across like some crazy UTDR fan (which I will readily admit to be guilty of, anyway, lol), but the OST's for both Undertale and Axiom Verge have some similar leitmotifs.
First off, I AM NOT SUGGESTING ANY CONNECTION BETWEEN THE TWO SOUNDTRACKS, MUCH LESS THE TWO GAMES. To my knowledge, Tom Happ and Toby Fox may never have even met. They may not have even played each other's games. I'm 99% certain they had no influence on each other.
But I do have a conclusion that I will get to at the end (and yes, a lot of you will probably think it's crazy), so please keep reading.
Undertale fans will probably notice a familiar 3-note arpeggio in Apocalypse. It's the one we call "Gaster's Theme." It's not exactly the same, but it's similar enough to make a UT fan rewind and re-listen.
This 3-note arpeggio appears in other tracks in both AV games, it's just most noticeable in Apocalypse.
The other one I noticed is a little easier to miss. It's at the very end of Inexorable:
Listen closely and you can hear the intro to Another Medium. Listen even more closely, and you realize that this leitmotif is just The Axiom, slightly rearranged.
But what's interesting is, there's no connection between Axiom Verge and Undertale! At least, none that I can imagine (and I have quite the imagination). Axiom Verge was released on March 31, 2015; Undertale was released on September 15, 2015- the same year, but almost 9 months apart. Since AV came out first, there's no way Tom Happ was borrowing ideas from Toby Fox, unless the 2 men actually have met IRL- I don't know, but I kinda doubt it, as Toby was nothing but a ROM-hacking, clickbait-posting, Homestuck composer working on Undertale at the time of AV's release. And I highly doubt Toby was stealing anything from Axiom Verge- Toby's a highly prolific musical composer in his own right, and while he's not above taking inspiration from others, he's always been open about where he got his ideas. So far, none of my research is indicating that he took inspiration from Tom Happ. And we know how Toby feels about giving credit where it's due:
So, if there's no connection between the two, and no known crossover of ideas, what point am I trying to make?
That this is evidence of God's presence in the creative community. Disbelieve that if you want, but that's the hill I'm standing on. God is everywhere, and He doesn't just favor the "good little Christians" with wisdom. He gives ideas to everyone. And it seems to me that, in 2015 and the years leading up to it, He decided to give 2 different men the same 2 prominent leitmotifs for their games.
And if that's not enough, let me also remind you that both games have a similar core theme of being stranded in some alternate universe (which may or may not be just a dream, in both AV and UTDR); AND both Tom Happ and Toby Fox have made statements that suggest the possibility of divine inspiration. Tom Happ's statement can be found here; and while I can't find the post anymore, I do remember Toby saying at one point that he has been surprised by the number of connections that fans have found in Undertale that even he himself didn't notice.
If this isn't God's hand at work, then I don't know what to call it, because it's just plain awesome.

So I've seen at least two post that call Stardew Valley a stressful game and as a loser who just about spend over 600 hours on that game along with at least 2 perfection farms I couldn't disargee more. I understand that farming sims aren't everyones cup of tea, I mostly grew up being the only one who truly enjoyed harvest moon. But I also feel like a lot of people just go into it with the completely wrong mindset. I read about complaints that basically go "theres a timer for the day and the seasons so you can't get X items when you want to/forgot to grab them during the season" And all I can say to that really is why are you rushing? This isn't real life you are not on a deadline you can take until year 10 to complete the community center you can wait until year 10000 there is no end and limit to the years you can spend. No offense but the mentality of minmaxing and getting stuff done the fastest way possible in real life have ruined ur outlook on a video game that legit has no time limit. You can sleep years away if you want to there is no consequence to doing so. Your animals don't even die when you do not feed them. Why are you so stressed? Why are you rushing this? Just take a breath and relax, some days I water my crops and go straight to bed, some others I spend fishing or doing other stuff. You have ALL the time in the game. The fact that some items are locked behind seasons have almost no consequence either, the only one I can think of is that you have to wait until next year. I understand fully if a game simply isn't your cup of tea but to go into one with a mindset of "I have to get everything done quickly" will obviously ruin the experience for you. Just relax and take it from day to day. Nobody is rushing you but yourself.

from your character analysis ask meme, for alhaitham: Are they prone to jealousy? would he be too logical to be jealous? Would his jealousy be in vain or would it perhaps be a sign that his partner has crossed the line of sorts?
Definition of jealousy:
I apologize for taking some time with this ask. I’m going to answer this in a more analytical format because I think this situation calls for it. I want to say that no, under normal circumstances, Alhaitham is not the kind of person to get jealous. In my experience, there are usually three triggers for jealousy:
1. Reader interacting normally with friends and hobbies and partner gets (unreasonably) jealous
2. Reader getting too involved with spending time with friends/hobbies not realizing they’re neglecting partner which gets them (reasonably) jealous
3. Reader specifically does things that will incite jealousy within partner by purposefully doing things like ignoring partner or flirting with others
Alhaitham would not get jealous under the first instance. Being a very independent person, he would understand and respect his partner’s need for it as well. The second instance would be the closest he’d feel to your definition of jealousy. While he’d be able to withstand it for a while, eventually he’d probably feel neglected and would pull you away to capture your sole attention.
As for the third scenario, while he would get upset and would get jealous, I don’t believe this would happen in a normal relationship. Personally, I would never flirt with someone that isn’t my partner just for fun, even if I’m close to them. I think that’s a very hurtful thing to do to someone that has feelings for you.
So long story short, no, I don’t think Alhaitham is prone to jealousy. Not that he’s “too logical” to be jealous. He just understands and respects people’s need for independence. That being said, he probably can end up feeling neglected if left alone too long.

You don't know how much I can Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint code Enstars because I could. Because you have a set up where you are basically taking the place of Anzu--a person created simply to be the reader's/player's self-insert. Because the characters all exist to love Anzu while they're going through their own arcs. Because Anzu also exists to love and support the characters by the game's own coding. She is their world and their hope, and the enstars characters are her idols (and I don't just mean that as singers and dancers).
But slowly, I've seen posts and even small summaries of how Anzu starts becoming her own person, small ways apart from the characters. Yes, she's still quiet. Yes, she is almost always a Viewer. Except for the fact that this is a game story, not just a book or novel story. And games are meant to be played...not by the characters but by someone who is watching them but has not created them.
This is how Anzu has more power than a normal reader. This is also how she has less power than a normal reader. The game allows her to exercise power over the characters' lives that a normal reader of a book cannot--she can help along Trickstar, be the behind the scenes producer for a number of the idol groups in the school, doing something to make them shine. But she is always a puppet, controlled by the player. She has a silly personality with a questionable naming sense and determination and hard-headedness to boot...her preferences for the units and who she builds up are always changing according to the player. Her only goal is to make sure her idols shine (what more does a reader want than to see their characters shine?), yet the goal of the Enstars characters is to adore Anzu and make people like her who support them happy (where would the characters be without a reader?)
Like the Oldest Dream, she is the most powerful and weakest god of all. A puppet steered by the fantasies of many, many individuals yet always loved by the characters for "herself."
