Re: Ready or Not 2. And if/how it could work.
We know from the movie, Mr le Bail made deals with other wealthy families and some of them suffered the consequences of not living up to their end of the bargain. But many are presumably still around.
So, cut to Ready or Not 2 and some other poor bride finds herself in the same or a similar horrible Grace did in the first one.
Cut to Grace, who has been playing detective for the last few years, showing up to save her ass, like Arnold in T2.
Makes sense and is a logical reason why Grace could return.

She told me she loved me, but I do not deserve your love
I put me above you and honestly I think I fucked it up

I saw someone say that the ending of Ready Or Not is way darker than originally perceived because Grace is found by the police covered in blood with the house on fire, so there is heavy implications that she killed the Le Domas family for their wealth and set the fire to cover it up.
But like - did you even watch the movie?
She has a bullet wound in her hand, a stab wound in her shoulder, there's a giant pit of bones in the family's barn (that is far away from the main fire so that evidence is certainly not going to be burned up before the police can get to it) - with obvious signs of murder all over them. All the skeletal remains can be matched up to missing persons who were related to the family (married into the family and then mysteriously went missing). On top of the 9-1-1 Grace made using the car's on board system where the told the guy she was in trouble.
Even if police never believe that the family randomly exploded because they made a pact with Satan (which, if it doesn't get burnt up in the fire, there is evidence to support that, because any medical examiner would look at their bodies and would have no other explanation for how they died) - Grace could tell the authorities that the family believed they were sacrificing her to Satan and she killed them in self defense.
Which is a story that lines up with her wounds, the bodies in the barn, and the ritualistic material in the family's house (again, if it survives the fire). So ultimately, she would come out on top - because she was legally married to the son, she gets all of their wealth, she's not cursed, and she can go find someone sane to marry and vet the hell out of them before doing so.
