Thinking of a concept,,, you know how sometimes in the Shazam/Captain Marvel stories they refer to the magic that the wizard gives Billy is called “the power of living lighting?”

Well I was thinking what if,,, possibly, maybe his “adult” form was actually composed of living light.

What does that mean? As for combat, I think it would mean that Marvel/Shazam cannot bleed because his body is not made of blood and organs it’s made of magic lightning.

I drew a quick edit of my Shazam drawing to try and explain this lol.

I also think that if Marvel/Shazam were to take too much damage in his superhero form then his body would “poof” and force him to transform back into Billy. Who is a mortal and can bleed.

I was gonna give each member of the Shazamly a different color for their lightning emblem on their chest. I think this would indicate the color of the “light” that their body is composed of.

Billy’s chest emblem is blue so if you hypothetically chopped off his arm, you would not see blood. You would see blue light. ~✨

PLEASE let me know what you guys think about this lol this idea has been in my mind for a while now I just didn’t know how to articulate it LOL

Finally, I got around to watching shazam: fury of the gods. Tell me why I'm already in tears only 20 minutes in? Billy only had a family for a few years and is being faced with aging out of the system. He finally got the family he's craved his entire life and all of them are sick of his clinginess already. Hey, look it’s Mary Marvel‼️‼️

I finished this drawing on my phone while I was at work so I didn’t have my normal “Kirby dot” brush that I normally use to fill in their chest emblem. But that’s okay I drew these dots by hand!!

Yeah originally I was gonna give her a golden chest emblem but then it was just too much yellow in one spot so it didn’t look good,,, Maybe I’ll change Freddy’s color from a silvery blue to yellow just to spice things up, so they don’t all look the same lol.

But yeah I made her outfit white because sometimes it’s red, but Billy is red. It made sense for both of them to be red when they were canonically twins. However, in a lot of stories they aren’t lol.

People who hate Shazam 2 dont understand that it's just a silly movie !! It's funny and it's goofy and it's filled with great written relationships and talks about trauma and the comedy is hilarious actually but most of all it's just a silly movie about superheroes !! It doesn't have to be philosophical or rlly psychological for it to be good and entertaining and I think that even if we don't really 'need' this movie we can still all enjoy it greatly (and of course it has a fucking dragon)
