In 1996, Fujitsu Interactive's booth at SIGGRAPH played a short film titled "I Forget Myself", described as "a heartwarming story about Fin Fin, who has been trapped in a cage, regaining himself from living freely in TEO."
In 1997, the TEO devs relocated offices and gave away old items which were being thrown out, including "I Forget Myself".

The screenshot shows Fin Fin in a dark void reading a book next to a rare Tsubu Woods plant named "Twolips". Awhile ago, I found an animation of Fin Fin in an area that looks similar to the screenshot.

These clips haven't been seen anywhere else before and I believe they might originate from this short promotional film.
Winners of the giveaway presumably received their copies, but the video has never been uploaded. This TEO Message Board post refers to it as "the phantom promo video", and also includes a message apparently written by the director, Yumi Koroda, under the pseudonym "Dr. Piqueno":

”I forget myself" =======I forgot me==== -----Once I was free----- I am busy flying around and working, caught up in the vortex of time. Have you ever re-examined yourself? Like turning the pages of a book, if you could look into the past, or rather, the original me... I want to see myself for myself. TEO THE OTHER EARTH I once knew a world like this I want to return
Sadly, this is all I've managed to dig up regarding this, SIGGRAPH doesn't even have this listed in any of their public archives.

For now, the only copies belong to giveaway winners 20+ years ago.

I spoke at Siggraph this year with Maxon, pulling back the curtain on my workflow. Through the one hour talk I go over how I conceptualize/execute a piece from start to finish, practical principles to apply, and my general creative mindset. If you're into approachable methods and basic processes feel free to give it a watch.

More Bells And Whistles - animated music video from 1990. made by animator and musician Wayne Lytle while working at the Cornell University Theory Center. he then went on to co-found the company Animusic and released a few compilations of these features. More Bells and Whistles was also broadcast on YTV in Canada, one of the many computer-animated specials shown during Short Circutz, a segment in place of commercials that debuted with ReBoot.
The company is known for its Animusic compilations of computer-generated animations, based on MIDI events processed to simultaneously drive the music and on-screen action, leading to and corresponding to every sound. The animated short "Pipe Dream," showed at SIGGRAPH's Electronic Theater in 2001, details the use of this specific sequencing.
Animusic's Pipe Dream was shown at SIGGRAPH in 2001.

In coordination with the 8th Annual Conference of the Special Interest Group on Computer Graphics of the Association for Computing Machinery, there is an exhibition of high technology art at City Hall in Dallas, Texas from August 3 to August 28, 1981. The exhibition will be open to the public from 9 to 5, Monday through Friday. A wide variety of styles, techniques, media and equipment are represented in this show. Styles include formalism, expressionism, impressionism, photo-realism, constructivism, synthetic-realism and more. Subject matter includes planets, landscapes, figures, mathematical representation, as well as intellectual and intuitive abstractions. The product of these artists has taken many forms, including sculpture, painting, printmaking, drawing, ceramics, photography and filmmaking. The equipment used by these artists includes main-frame, mini and micro computers, pen and ink-jet printers and plotters, digitizers, numerically controlled tools, electrostatic recorders, etc. and represents the most sophisticated computer graphics technology. The common ground upon which these artists stand, the thread which ties this show together, is the shared utilization of high technology. The interdependence of art and science has been fundamental to the development of this computer graphics technology and the realization of the art in this show. The collaboration between art and technology seen in this show represents a continuing cross-fertilization process which results in innovative concepts of the world around us.
