I'm not going to ask you to change the course of time, but if you could tell the Justice League to remove the anti-ecto laws that would already make a big difference for me!

Flash: uh, ok I'll watch that?

Meta: ok then, good luck, I'm going back to patrol my own city

Flash once the meta part: did the first change create a new hero and the second ruin his life? ... oh my gods, how am I going to explain this to the other???

Or Danny and Clockwork take advantage of a double change in the timeline and the Amity Park blackout to lie to Flash

BUT it's for a good cause! for the ghosts, and prevent war crimes which will end in war / massacre of the Earth

Anyway! Dp x dc fic idea:

Danny is the future son of Dick Grayson and Koriand’r that was kidnapped and threw into some time portal or something and taken in by the Fenton’s.

Clockwork see’s the discrepancy but does nothing to fix it because he sees all the good that could come from Danny’s involvement in the time stream.

Danny, being half human and half Tamaran, has Starfire’s power set. Yet before the accident, no one knew about the powers until Danny half died and unlocked them through some ghostly genetic unlocking of heritage or something.

Danny was just thrown in the deep end with no real explanation so he just assumes that all his powers are ghost related and not because of his bio moms powers.

Danny inevitably meets the Justice League and they immediately want to categorize him as a Tamaran and Danny is like “uhhh…. A what?” Then after gaining more trust with wherever he is placed he uses his human form around people who also are like “WAIT! WHY DO YOU LOOK LIKE A BABY NIGHTWING?”

Chaos!

(Edit: after doing some digging on Tamaranian’s I know know that the reason they fly is because their bodies can absorb radiation and it basically makes them fly! Danny just got zapped with enough radiation to knock out a whole city and came out with little to no side effects like Vlad did. Probably the reason why!)

(Cracky DP X DC AU I thought of)

Tim made plans with Danny, his loving boyfriend, the night before for the two of them to have another date the following day. However, when he woke up the next morning, checking his phone to make sure he remembered the time and place of the date, he found Danny's number was no longer on it and all of their pictures together were gone too.

Thinking it was one of his siblings playing a prank on him, he went to breakfast mildly annoyed. But annoyance turned to confusion when he noticed that all of his other siblings were in a bad mood. And when he asked Bruce if he had Danny's number, the man questioned who Danny was.

Eventually, the tension between the siblings broke out into a fight. Through the yelling, Tim was eventually able to determine that everyone was upset because they believed someone else had hacked their phones to erase all traces of their boyfriend. Their loving boyfriend, Danny.

It didn't make sense! Between all the Batkids, there was too big an age gap for it to make sense for all of them to believe Danny was dating them. Eventually deciding to look Danny up, Tim was horrified to discover that Danny Fenton was a man older than Bruce!

Something was going on here, and Tim knew it was bigger than just some soap opera drama.

Jack is a future version of Connor Kent who came to the past, hoping to present a disaster that will destroy order. M'gann has joined him on this mission and become Maddie Fenton. Their combined powers only hightened as they experiment and learn of ghosts.

Jazz, Danny and their accidental children are all extremely powerful compared to their fellow League members. Jack is not happy to learn how Dani is born, making sure she has a home to rely on.

The trumatising experiencing of saving Dan from himself making M'gann even more concerned for her son's mental health.

They do their best to keep their kids from the childhood nightmare that is being a teenage hero.

variation of yesterday's idea:

Flash makes a double change in the timeline

Danny this time does not come from this universe. He claims that Flash erased his existence as a hero AND as a civilian and not only that, HIS city doesn't even exist anymore, he doesn't know where his friends or family are now! insert eyes here wet holding fake tears

So ok it was a big lie and blatant manipulation, but the GiW had killed his friends, his family learned of his hybridization and his parents wanted to "cure" him and they gave him medicine to knock him out and he s only woken up because they made him fall down the stairs leading to the labs where the dissection table had been prepared and everything! After a hasty escape and a call from Jazz, who had inquired about their parents' plans, she sent him to get Dani and then demanded that they leave for the zone… then a few hours after confirming that they had both arrived in the area the portal had exploded!

So yes Dani and him had decided to move into another dimension and clocwork had the idea of the stratagem of using the temporal changes of a hero named flash to insert themselves

Let's Read Peanuts (Only 45 more years to go!) – January 1955

There are lots of great strips I just don't have room to comment on. I strongly encourage everybody to read the full month at the official GoComics page. Today's month starts HERE.

I'm pretty sure I gave myself a black eye doing this as a kid.

There are these little hints every now and then that Schroeder is some kind of professional piano wunderkind doing big shows when he's not on camera. I think that's a neat detail.

January 25, 1955

The time shenanigans have begun.

Charlie Brown turned 4 years old on October 30th of 1950. Patty was significantly taller than CB was, which would mean she was at least 4½-5 years old at the time. If she's 5½ now that would mean that at most a year has passed in just over four years of strips.

Except that Schroeder was clearly around 1 year old when he was introduced in May of 1951, which should make him 2 at most now. But that doesn't make sense because he seems to be around the same age as Lucy (if not slightly older), who claims in this strip to be just over 4. That's at least 3-3½ years of time passing.

So either Schroeder and Lucy aging more quickly than they should be, or Patty, Charlie Brown, and the rest of the gang are aging more slowly.

Oh, but it gets weirder. In addition to looking much closer to 4 years old than 2, Schroeder being 4½ years old would mean that he's gotten 3½ years older in 3½ years of comics. An almost perfect match, which kind of implies that the Peanuts timeline is moving in sync with our own. But if that's the case then why are Patty and Charlie Brown not 7-8 years old at this point? Why were they still in elementary school in 1999? Are they trapped in some kind of time-anomaly, doomed to live eternally as children as the years slowly but inevitably weigh down upon their souls and sanity?

Yes. Yes they are.

Anyways, I guess my point is that trying to keep track of things like this in Peanuts is a recipe for madness and it only makes less sense from here.

OK, you saw that right!? Snoopy was clearly thinking in panel 1 but in panel 2 he's using a normal speech bubble.

I'm just going to say it: This proves Snoopy can outright talk like a person. This is canon now.

Also apparently Charlie Brown just outright overheard him do it just now. Which explains a LOT about their relationship over the next several decades.

Travesty in place of insanity AU

A timeline of Elements where ice king didn't stop Betty and she actually succeeded! For the most part..

She was then sent back in time so she prevent simon from putting on the crown and stop the nuclear bombs with her magic.

After a few days, Betty meets a Past Simon running to the museum to have the Enchiridion be placed as an artifact, There, upon asking Past Simon she learns that her universe altering shenanigans indirectly caused Past Simon and Betty to break off the engagement.

Will Betty ever accept that by fixing time and stopping simon, She would be erasing the person he is in the future and that she would be making Ooo disappear entirely? Or will she accept this facade with open arms knowing full well that it is but a timeline that was never supposed to exist to begin with.

Find out... when or if I ever consider making a comic about it >:D
