TIPS FOR A LOW DEFECIT!

KEEP YOURSELF BUSY - food cravings will often last 20 minutes, during them I play subway surfers LOL! but you can do anything :)
DON'T SKIP BREAKFAST! no matter what it is, eat something so you don't get too hungry throughout the day, some low cal options are cucumbers with seasoning or pickles 💗
WORKOUT LESS - I know it's hard 😭 but overworking your body while on a harsh defecit can have way more cons than pros
DRINKS, tea is literally a LIFESAVER, flavor and NO calories! I love love LOVE chai tea especially if you're not eating sugar. also, try to drink more water! It gives the illusion of feeling fuller, clears your skin, detoxifies your guts, etc
IF YOU FEEL LIKE BINGING -
crochet, or try a new hobby!
beat your subway surfers score LOL
drink water
do a easy short workout you like
call a friend
clean your room
with love - azalea, stay safe and if you do binge that's ok! you can try again tomorrow always 🫶
