Gavin x Evie! (*prepares to be fucking murdered*)

While my main ship is Revie, I got too attached to this bc of their potential dynamic and none of the canon ships get me— I know they never interacted and Gavin is supposed to be a one off villain but this is purely just my imagination bc I would love to see the contrast and explore a sorta mid tier redemption arc. I call them Gavie or Glowstone and I have a bunch of headcanons for them.

Gavin initially joined the Safe House just to cover his ass from John

People understandably hated him and Remi keeps him under high surveillance as she shoukd

Evie was the first one to welcome him in the Safe House and strike up a conversation with him

Gavin genuinely apologizing over time, making up for his mistakes and separating himself from Illena's group after realizing their harrassment towards the low tiers

Gavin standing up to Zeke after getting attached to the Safe House 🥺 (still getting kicked the shit out of tho)

Evie never had her ears pierced so Gavin attempted to pierce them for her.

Evie got Gavin to count to ten before he could loose his shit and fight anyone

Gavin once found a large knife in Evie's bag and she had to explain that she lives in a bad neighborhood and has to commute to and from school

He walks her to her house now bc of this

Gavin nicknames her ”Runt”

Seraphina and John are always giving him a murder look every time he’s with Evie in case he tries some shit—

Evie never ”fixes” him but it’s their friend group and sense of support and protection from the Safe House that drove him to be a better person

Could also work platonically 👀👀👀👀

It’s very funny how much hate Evie gets often from the same people (usually Jimps) who screech that Dylan is an uwu must protecc cinnamon roll - when they are literally the exact same character. Uru has the tendecy to reuse personalities for her insignificant or minor characters (literally all mid-tiers we’ve seen so far share the same basic characteristics) and we observe the same with Evie and Dylan too - they are literally the same - they share the same personality, are both sweet, hold no grudge against their oppressors (🙄) and have those “adorkable” moments, even their role in the story is the same. And yet Evie gets so much hate for being “annoying” whereas Dylan is praised and dubbed as “best boi”. Hm.

I feel like first of all he'd be able to make the light a lot stronger

But that doesn't seem like much of a power up

So maybe he could detect/shut off other light sources
