My head can sometimes (often) (☺️) forget to acknowledge the awesomeness of my world... and has moments when it says that 'life is what it is' (#sigh). But the truth is that (✨) anything can grow from this moment; from the potent heartbeat that is Now.

This moment's here and then it's gone; there's Now and then... the next Now. All is constantly evolving without pause and Anything Can Happen.

Plus, when I tune into kindness in this moment, things unfold beautifully. When I take a moment to appreciate myself and What Is - life rocks (so here's me doing a small (big) dance for life's amazingness.

You're a wondrous human, sweet one; always doing your best and you can breathe and relax; resting secure in the knowing that existence is unfolding perfectly. We can focus on the moment and let all else fall away. All is well.

There is no downside to living a life you enjoy. This may sound like an obvious statement. However, the truth is, for a large part of my life, I was not making choices based on the question, Is this something I enjoy? Rather, I was making choices that coincided with societal paradigms, that I unwittingly took in as my own. Societal paradigms do not make an enjoyable life. They make a conditioned life. Conditioning is learned behavior and can be unlearned. Eleven years ago I woke up to my Life and made a conscious decision to live Life differently. It's been quite a road.
