Breakfast - protein flapjack and a cup of tea
Lunch - scrambled eggs and 2 slices of toast

Went to the gym

Snack - protein shake and an apple
Played badminton (1hr)
Dinner - 2 tuna mayo wraps

So I had 8 days off work and decided to do a bit of a deload week and ended up putting on a stone

6 shifts (3 dayshifts, 3 night shifts). 1 gym session, 1 jog. 3 fasting days. 10 chicken and 2 tuna wraps, 3 bowls of soup, 2 protein flapjacks. 1 treat night were plenty of chocolate and crisps were eaten. 94095 steps taken. 45.5miles walked. Later......

Went to the gym (deadlifts)

Routine is defo out of whack also doesn't help sleeping in. Still trying to work out breakfast and lunches to compliment me going to the gym later. Another reason I don't like working out with someone else is having to wait on them to go. She was meant to finish work at half 2 but cause her work was really busy she stayed till 5. So I could of had a decent lunch if I knew that before hand. I'm glad she enjoyed it though and she was also helpful loading the bar which I hate as it can be awkward when I reach 90+kg

So I'm a guy who like to go to the gym in the morning. I have a routine - dog walk and eat my breakfast then off to the gym that way I've got the rest of the day to do what needs to be done. But now my partner want to go with me as she can't stick to the homework outs and needs me to take her to the gym. She says she wants to do my routine which is fine as I'll happily adapt it to suit her. But here's the thing when I go to the gym I put my music on and workout to my wee hearts content not bothering anybody just the odd smile here and the odd hi there, doing my workouts with my partner is a big thing for me and I don't know if I'm going to be able to do it. I know it's selfish but the gym is my time to zone out
Ach anyway good night and wish me luck for tomorrow as its deadlifts tomorrow and its her 1st day with me

Dessert - twister ice lolly
PM weight - 12st 4 and 3 quarter lbs

Water - 1.5litre
So the weight I put back on during the days I was self sabotaging seems to of fell off quite easily and I'm ready to kick on. I've got 4 days off and tomorrow's my treat day where I can eat what I want but I'll still be going to the gym

Even though its day 31, I feel as if it's day 1 and I'm starting over. Glad I'm back to work and looking to get back into a routine. I'm feeling positive that it won't take me long to shift a few lbs and work on my goals
