A few steps can be heard, moving backwards. A figure presents themselves onto the screen, hands raised as if ready to fix something at any given moment.

"Th..e.... au......dio sh- ld be.... ok...ay. Hm....."

"Ah, I believe... I've solved the issue here."

The figure nods, now staring directly into the camera.

"Hello, to whomever is viewing this. My name is Kai Satou. I am a rather unremarkable homemaker."

Soon enough, Kai's gaze shifts elsewhere into wherever he may be, as if distracted.

"Well, at least, that is what my memory serves. You see, I cannot recall many things at the moment. I'm even unsure on where I currently am. I awoke just recently curled onto the ground with this laptop, as well as a throbbing headache... The laptop seems to be mine, as I already knew the password without having to think upon it. The contents within also have my name inside, so that only reassures that this is mine." Kai now raises a hand up to his chin, gently rubbing.

"I figured I should record myself, in case anybody that stumbles across this would be able to lend me some assistance... It is quite lonely in this place."

"Very fine? Ah, I haven't been able to look outside for a while, I couldn't tell. Some fresh air would be nice. I'm just simply... trying to take care of Gin and Kanna while trying to figure out things. So exhausting!" Shin lets out a joking chuckle, teasing the two for the fun of it. Hm... But there was one thing he had in mind.

"While that might've been a joke, I can't help but wonder if I should find some sort of babysitter. Someone that can protect and care for Gin and Kanna if I'm not around- Y'know, with Hiyori out there. I'd have to think about it more. I'll probably bring it up with them eventually to see what they think..." Releasing a soft sigh, Shin... only kneads the ends of his scarf in the meantime.
