I’ve been under Dr. Mario’s care for the last week. Please excuse my inactivity, it’s taking me rather a long time to heal from what was just minor sickness. I will return to answering questions as soon as I can.

Well. According to my tutor, I am not eating enough. Supposedly I need a higher intake of protein and more meals in order to gain weight and build muscle. So, I was given an extremely patronizing “diet plan” to follow and was told to “educate myself on the benefits of healthy eating”. As if I have never eaten a healthy meal in my life... 

I have muesli with yogurt for breakfast time, white meats and vegetables for lunch and dinner time, and fruit to snack on between meals. Unlike some, I have never had a voracious appetite, especially not recently due to certain... upsets. But now it is apparently a problem, so I have to eat more throughout the day and even include more calorific snacks and protein supplements to keep up with my tutor’s training. Thank goodness chocolate is now no longer such a guilty pleasure. I am finding it difficult to keep up with his ridiculous diet plan, anyway. So, I would have to say not a lot, in answer to your question.

My group and I left the Smash grounds for a brief training excursion last week. Princess Peach was kind enough to draw this charming picture so I could post it here on my blog.

I owe everything to my old master and dear friend, Sir Aaron of Rota. All of my skills, my aura, everything, is down to his training, support, and care. He taught me discipline and respect for others. He showed me great kindness. The value of friendship. Hot springs. The reflection of the night sky on the lake separating us from Cerulean. Were it not for him, I would have lived a very sad and lonely life.

I am settling in well, thank you. As for my fellow participants, I am yet to meet some from the other dormitories. However, Sonic seems like a pleasant person. He is in my dormitory, in the room opposite mine. Princess Peach is one of the counsellors here. I suppose you could say I like her, too. She reminds me of an old, dear friend - someone I revered. Somehow, I feel very at ease in her presence.
