i've talked about this twice before, but obviously not everyone has seen it. i am calling for anyone who writes fanfiction or posts about a certain game/show/universe in any connective manner to please, please- PLEASE, copy this memo below comprising links to supporting palestine, education on the situation in gaza, and a must-need for those who engage in TLOU tumblr; links regarding the creators (neil druckmann) zionism, and how the plot of tlou2 is based on the israeli occupation of palestine. i don't care if what you write seems "insignificant" or "small" in the grouping of larger fics. no. everything that is not related to palestine in any form NEEDS these links.
because, when we stray away from reblogging, or writing up our own posts in support of palestine/sharing journalists stories/etc. even for a SINGLE piece of writing, we could be missing people who are unaware (which, shouldn't be the case atp, but..) and fucking especially because in these fandoms, fics are the most popular thing. not reblogs about palestine, unfortunately; there are so many fanfiction accounts who very clearly don't give a fuck about the whole situation, seeping in silence, posting fics during strikes, not taking accountability for it now, so on and so forth. please, for the love of all that is good- CALL THEM OUT! people gaining hundreds of notes, tens of reblogs, supportive comments on a post that completely disregards what is happening SO BOLDLY right now, should irk you. i swear, if i see one more fuckass "i didn't know!" apology from an author who is CONSTANTLY on tumblr, REGULARLY posting fanfiction, i'm going to fucking lose it.
if you are on tumblr to begin with, being this active- you have time to reblog. actually, educating yourself and reblogging is way quicker than writing up fanfiction of any length. are you fucking kidding me? you are laughable. comical, not real, and i have nay an ounce of respect for you. ever.
but besdies that; the memo. i want everyone to copy this, or make something similar. put this above your summaries, authors note, whatever comes before the writing. every post you make should link back to supporting palestine, cause you never know how many eyes it will reach. it could change a lot of things. on pc, i believe copying it completely will preserve the links, but i'm not sure if mobile will. again. do whatever you can to add it. don't be lazy. put this in ur masterlists/navigation too.

A week had passed since Ellie had DM you on Instagram and you had yet to respond.
It wasn’t because you didn’t want to. You did. But your week had been packed with so much to do for your new EP release.
Ever since the situation with you and Leah had been confirmed your team wanted you to push the release date to a month earlier than planned which led to two weeks of recording being done in 6 days. A song a day.
And now you had to plan for announcing release. There needed to be an announcement, music videos and a release party filled with the top musician from Jackson Records.
You had already invited Jesse and the members of the Wolves given that they were featured on the album. It was a given that Jesse was going to invite Dina as his plus one and so you didn’t need to invite her.
And so you had to fill up the rest of the guest list.

Siobhan Roy made the second worst decision of her life marrying Tom Wambsgans. The worst decision was the agreement she made after: to stay exclusive to Tom.
Tom and Shiv's marriage only flourished because of their secret side relationships. However, Tom started to feel sidelined and misused, resulting in them agreeing to quit their extramarital affairs.
At the time Shiv didn't think she needed to worry, and yet she couldn't stop thinking about how she'd have the guts to tell you.
But here she stood, outside of your house, playing with her hands as she waited for you to answer the doorbell.
Opening the door, you eyes lighted up upon seeing Shiv. She hadn't told you she was coming. "Hi." You extended the door for her to come in.
Shiv barely acknowledged you, knowing she'd tear up as soon as she'd catch your eyes.
"I'm sorry, my place would've looked a lot nicer if I knew you were coming." You apologised as you walked further into your apartment.
"It's fine." Shiv muttered, taking a seat on the ledge of your sofa.
Walking over to the bar, you held out a bottle of red wine, presenting it to Shiv. "Drinks?"
"Oh, yes please." Shiv nodded, her eyes yet not to have catched yours.
Pouring out a drink, you tried to examine Shiv's face but only when you handed it to her could you. "Are you okay?" You asked with such concern in your voice than Siobhan had ever experienced in her life.
"I'm fine." Shiv responded, taking a sip of her drink. However when you touched the Roy's arm, you felt her crumble.
Her gaze met yours and her eyes immediately watered. Running a hand through her hair, Shiv apologised twice.
"It's fine." You reassured her, taking her hand in yours and stroking your thumb over it, making her relax under your touch. "You can tell me anything."
"I don't think you wanna hear this, Y/n." Shiv adamantly said, begging you to not let her carry on. But you replied, "You can tell me anything. I promise."
Shiv nodded, taking a sip of the wine. The burning sensation doing little to numb the pain of what she was about to say. "Uh, I have news... And it's not good."
"What do you mean?" You stuttered out.
"I'm sorry."
You furrowed your eyebrows, asking, "What for?"
Shiv sighed, preparing herself before saying, "We have to break up, Y/n."
You removed your hand from Shiv's arm. "What?"
"It's Tom, I just, I can't lie to him... We made a stupid fucking agreement." "I was not thinking at the time... I completely fucking forgot that I would have to tell you because I'm stupid and so... I'm sorry, Y/n."
"Okay..." You nodded, completely spacing out from Shiv's words.
"Okay?"
"Okay..." You repeated, tears brewing in your eyes as you looked anywhere but Shiv. "It's fine, you forgot about me, it's cool. Real fucking cool, Shiv. It's not like you just didn't love me."
Shiv looked at you in anger and wiped the tear trailing from her eye. "Don't say that, I've always loved you I just can't anymore." "You know it's Tom."
"Fuck Tom, Shiv!" You yelled. "You have your own fucking agency. You get to chose who you love."
"You know this is tearing me apart." Shiv said, cupping your cheek.
"I know..."
"And it's always been you, Y/n." Shiv said, stroking your tears with thumb. "And I'm sorry..." Shiv choked over her words. "I love you, I just can't be with you anymore."
"I know." You nodded, letting the tears fall freely from your eyes.
Moving in you kissed Shiv for one last time, making sure to savour every moment, before you broke apart.
"I love you." Shiv muttered against your lips, her forehead resting on yours.
"I love you too."
