Finally got diagnosed by an actual doctor, it's different when they tell you. Iv been knowing ever since i was a sophmore in h.s things were just never normal. Well now i know
Bipolar/skitzo,anxiety
I hope these clonopins dont always make me sleep. Shit got me drowzy .
Things have to get better from here. Right?

So i copped some bars the other day and took a nibble since i micro dose only, lets say 0.10 or 0.15 mg i took, when i usually take 0.25 I instantly felt it i thought wtf okay slept today i did the same thing this time things went way worse. Please everyone who uses any substance be careful tv stars,youtube stars, political people are all dying from fentanyl. A friend of mine 3 weeks ago also reached the same fate and rest his soul. My mother had to hold me while i shook with cold water running in my face under the impression of my normal panic attacks. Imagine that.
Even just my micro doses have become a normal thing so i know its not as easy and these next couple says are going to be so bad
But its better than being dead.
Im only here for the people i love. If it wasnt for them i wouldnt be here, you can think what you want about that sentance.

Watching a show where the girl is trying to go to her hometown to see old friends, but the father says he'll take her on the weekend instead thus missing the party.
He then says he got 3 tickets to "their" basketball team.
To where she responds im not into basketball and walks away. But the show wasnt trying to show off a relationship in any way it was normalized a'f
Little rant, but thats the type of things that warps someones mind, opening it for manipulation in my opinion. To become a manipulater or become someone easy to manipulate. Parents who say lets go to ny ! I want to see some friends of mine, we can go to the gallerys et.c. But you have no interest in any of that. You dont even like ny, last time you went was the last time. (An example) these things fuck with people so much even in a relationship. One is always forced to just di what the other wants.
