The Loop - Sonic the Hedgehog (Pre-SGW Archie)

This was a concept I had in my mind for a while. Basically, after re-reading Worlds Collide, which made it clear that the Pre-Reboot Sonic Archie Multiverse was completely erased, I had begun thinking about the implications of what that meant for all the characters that didn’t make it into Post-Reboot Multiverse. Clearly, they ceased to exist, but what if they didn’t? What if Pre-SGW Mobius didn’t get destroyed. Instead, it still exists, but anything related to the Sonic characters and lore from the video games has been erased from existence.

Note, this concept idea has been designed as a psychological (well, existential) horror story and the characters (mainly the Freedom Fighters) aren’t exactly the protagonists, albeit for good reasons. If you dislike the very idea of having the Freedom Fighters act like the antagonists or simply OOC, please, DO NOT continue reading. You’ll hate me for putting this idea in your heads. 

I warned you.

If you don’t care, then go ahead. This is me just experimenting with something I usually wouldn’t touch, so aside from the horror aspect, I’m not in my element here either.

That would be the last of my post for this month or year? Hopefully, when I come back to post, I’m better than ever, and I’m finally satisfied with my style! Since, as I said, my style is too close for comfort to IDW style (Evan’s), and I don't like that. I want mine to be more ”original,” so thank you guys for enjoying my art :-)

So, uh, it's been a while since I posted a drawing. I still need to improve my art. I’m also not satisfied with this type of style since it very close (very) to look’n like IDW art style. I probably need to start using more sonic 3D renders to help give me time to brainstorm and come up with a certain style. Or should I stay with this style and build up? What do ya’ll think?

P.s I’m going to go on a scavenger hunt to find the original owners of these O.Cs. Wish me luck ✨:D
