This is going to get me marked for assassination, but I genuinely don't think you can call m/f bi4bi* relationships intrinsically queer, while insisting that a m/f relationship where one partner is heterosexual and one is bi is not queer, without implying some really fucked up things about the heterosexual partner in a relationship "straightening" or "de-queering" their relationship with a queer person. This feels like an all or nothing scenario where either m/f relationships are queer if one of the participants is queer (which I believe), or they aren't on the basis of it being a m/f relationship (which I reject).

u gotta let urself process thoughts and emotions ur ashamed of without judgment or they'll build up and come out sideways via weird contrived justifications. a thought on its own is not actually an impulse to act--it can just feel like one when u let urself get too anxious about it. ur not gonna turn into a monster just by thinking about things that gross you out or letting yourself have feelings you know are disproportionate and shouldn't be acted on.

#intrusive thoughts are just that: thoughts that are intrusive. they just occur to you. often they just recognize danger or harm.
