The one with a higher percentage of Irken genes, was an experiment made by Zim to create the perfect human-Irken soldier.

Is supposed to be the replacement of the tallest Miyuki.

She doesn't spend much time with her parents, is loyal to his master (Zim) and sees Dib as Zim's pet so she doesn't bother him.

She's very intelligent. She has a great interest in knowledge and science, being able to assemble complex scientific devices and solve complex mathematical equations, her intellect is as deployed as Membrane.

He is the only one who does not know the origin of his race, he does not know that he is made to invade planets. Kit constantly tells him this, but he takes it as a mockery of him. Zim and Dib don't have the courage to tell him, Crunch by other hand...

His lungs are weak and he needs a breather.

He is the only one with a PAK (aside from Crunch)
