Things I love about living in the #catskills ; I actually made lemon and mint water for our friends we cannot wait to see from Long Island. Mint was from Carol from Roxbury farm ( I know everyone I could grow it myself) but I love how when I cook or open my fridge I know the farmers and producers of my food. That is probably my most favorite thing about living in the Catskills.
