they are back again this year with more questions about jack dower the lawn mower. ....I couldn't remember all of the stuff from last time so I guess he's got a new name.

Luckily this kid barely listens to a word I say so so far they remain unaware of the lego tower of lies forming between us.

One of the kids in the class I was helping out with wouldn't stop asking about the guy mowing the lawn outside. So I made up some stuff.

Oh, that's Jeff. Jeff.... Dower. Jeff Dower the lawn mower.

They think that's his real name now. Every time they ask about him I have to come up with more backstory for this bob the builder knock off I've created.

Good news everyone!

while the dream i had that night was chalk full of terrible Omens, none of it has happened to me or my close kin! 

So I will call this a success, which means i am free to take the recommended dosage of allergy meds to my heart’s content! without worry of accidentally Knowing Things i had no need or will to know.

My therapist was impressed by my ability to communicate certain concepts while "not speaking actual English"

It's 3 am and I wish I could fall asleep to completely nonsensical dreams that do not at all hold hints to future events. But I took allergy meds today so I'll just have to hope I don't remember anything when I wake up.

oh yeah all the ghosts hang out and celebrate after a successfull miser conversion (what else do you call that?) so yes, virgil does get affection from his friends. @acolorfulparadox

also in this version Marley/Logan is more in purgatory. so for every wrong he’s done in life he must do some great deed. when each task’s complete a single chain is removed from the link. he will be at it for quite a while, and he wouldn’t have gotten this chance, but the ghost system also gave him a warning for redemption (like scrooge) but he tragically passed a short time later. His efforts in life proved he was willing to put the work in to be a better person so this is like his parol. Eventually he will become a guardian angel for “difficult cases”
