finding 20x20/25x25 modern starter homes is gonna be the death of me

i'm trying to redo the smaller island in southbridge with different homes bc the typical suburban houses look weird with the rest of the town being ultra sleek/modern looking but it's taking a v long time

finished the hospital! i made-over the lot from this blog. i used a lot of windows, but i really like the modern feel to it.

i've placed the majority of the lots i want (+ a diving spot which i'm hella siked about) with a few to spare, the next step is going through all of them and changing the styles so the neighborhood flows together a little better and finishing up the interiors

Pajamas-time for toddlers! I used my converted polos by misomoso, and matched them with three colors of fanseelambs pjs-pants. The outfits works as casualwear and pajamas. Mesh by trapping is included.

Power-Hour GYM

I know, it doesn’t look like a GYM too much, but hey! At least I tried.

I really don’t know which expansion and stuff packs needed. I made this lot with Ultimate Collection, so if you want to be on the safe side, you should have all packs.

File size is 25 MB (rar) 50MB (sims2pack)

Install with Sims2Pack Clean Installer.

i finished building my southbridge save, but every time i try to place a sim in a lot my game crashes. idk if my entire game is broken or if it's just the save. if it's my save i'm gonna be crushed bc i just spent 2 weeks working on that and i love it ;--;
