Heya, sorry for the long inactivity. I’m currently focusing on building a youtube channel atm, so I might need to hold pause the roleplay activity until it’s done.

Kagura haven’t properly told him how she was made and having the same cursed fate that she needs to carry out. She hid the fact the moment when she was treated by Hojo and secretly saw his confidential documents, she was afraid if her comrades views her the same way even after knowing her true origin. But being a monster or not, those doesn’t matter to her now. She hated shinra but she won’t let anyone, even Shinra nor Jenova’s cells, tainted her and his path any longer as they like. She had seen enough, and she need to face this, no matter how the outcome may be, no matter how much despair she have to face and endure. She won’t intend to break easily and wanted to support him as she always do.

Her mind halted the moment when she laid her eyes on him, it’s as if the time itself stops out from her reality. However the moment she gazed upon his glowed eyes, she knows his wrath still hasn’t stop, but there’s something different from when she last faced him on Nibelheim. But what makes him coming back so sudden? Has he given himself another chance to see it thoroughly despite how he views the world now?

Kagura wasn’t entirely sure, but better yet, she’s still willing to accept him whenever he’s ready.

“I had thought you’ve abandon everything for the sake of putting your revenge against this world, but ever since I last saw you, I never give up hoping that perhaps one day I can meet you again, no matter how long it will take,” she held tight of her hand putting on her chest, slowly walk to him. “...and I still do now.”

Kagura wanted to know his resolve of coming back. She still remembered from the moment he claims to be the chosen one and throws his wrath against the world, she was impaled by his sword, but prevail in the end with her words filled with such emotion and determination. She admit to herself, perhaps she’s too forgiving, but she couldn’t help herself to be related to him due to Hojo’s experimentation on her, much on a similar route as him. She has lost so much. She tried to raise her hand reaching out from her chest, but she slowly put her hand down, doubting if she isn’t worthy for him. Is she really has the right to see him through?

Her mako purple eyes couldn’t avert from his gaze, and she wouldn’t dare to look away. However the moment she laid her eyes on him, there’s something different from when she last faced him on Nibelheim.

"Kagura...? Have you been searching for me. . .?" (@onewingedxngel, Redeemed!Sephiroth)

There was a time when she spent most of her precious moments with friends in Shinra. Despite of knowing her cruel origin of Hojo’s experimentation, she always longed for a certain bonds and love that she never encountered, this warm feeling that she always wanted, for herself and for others. It wasn’t last long until when two of her best friends betrayed her, and then she lost the one who first lend her a hand on that unforgettable fiery incident, or more precisely as his former self.

She could feel the hatred and vengeance of the silver soldier, despised mankind who he felt betrayed for years. She could feel his sufferings, and she’s willing to pull him back out from his misery no matter what. The thought of never let go of him and stay by his side until the end back when she was on the edge where she was slightly stabbed by his blade the Masamune, was the ignited spark of her determination that showed her true color of her hidden lightning strength to bring him back.

However that was futile. 

Now Kagura won’t be able to meet the same soldier who first stretch out his hand out of her. And she could feel her heart aching, day by day, hoping she can at least meet him once. It has been a year after all, and she never smiled even once, walking down the silent streets of Midgar. In the dawn near dark, there’s no one else on the street, until a certain familiar voice that she has longed for so much.

Her eyes widened, slowly turning her head then followed by her own body, facing behind her. She couldn’t believe it. He’s right in front of her, and yet she assumed once that he forgot about her already. She finally see and hear his voice.

“Sephi...roth....?”her voice despite barely spoken, but she knew her trembled words can be heard clearly. “Is it..... really you?” she continued, try to justify if he’s not one of Jenova’s illusion.

“Then how would you define ‘normal’?”she calmly turned her gaze to the female in dress. How did she knew she was not entirely human? Curiousness wins over her, and perhaps it won’t hurt to share the story to the flower girl.

“...but it’s true. My life wasn’t normal ever since I was born. You see, I was part of the Jenova experiment that Shinra conducted. Surprise isn’t it? I actually never told anyone because I.... I don’t want anyone to see me as a monster, just because I was different than the rest. Today is the day.

Kagura hummed for a second after hearing his answer. It all makes sense now. It might be one of many reasons of why Sephiroth is the strongest among all, aside from his well-known of his sheer strength.

“So.... to sum up, the both of you like trusty partners.” she gave soft laughter while forming a soft smile on her lips, looking to Masamune.

She tilted her head, face down to the floor, remembering the moments where she was on Sephiroth’s shadow, where she was right behind him all the time. At the same time, at that very moment, she never wanted to be protected everytime she was in trouble, and this shows how her strength is far weaker from his, despite every great compliment that she received from almost all SOLDIERS out there. After all, her ideals of becoming a SOLDIER is to get stronger by her own ideal to protect what she wanted to protect. But that was not the only case; she worries about his own life, even if he told her his life is always like this.

“I always worried that Sephiroth went through a difficult mission all by himself ever since I joined the company, despite being the strongest around here. But I’m kind of glad he’s not entirely alone. He has you too.” she sighed.

She was quite a relief in this state. However, this doesn’t mean she wanted to stop protecting him, and she still doesn’t know how Masamune interacts with him. She guessed it could be just a contract, but she wouldn’t jump to a conclusion so soon.

“If you were with him from beginning, then you must have witness him ever since he joined SOLDIER. I hope you don’t mind me asking a personal matter, but how the two of you met? Was it happen by coincidence?”

@fated-reunion (Kagura): “Hm?”She enters Sephiroth’s room for delivering his package when she saw his signature weapon masamune placed well on the bench. “How odd. He always bring his own weapon everywhere he goes.” She placed the package on top of his desk and calmly approach the blade. She slightly kneeled down for a better look, until she sensed an unusual presence when trying to reach it. “Who are you?”she asked in soft tone since she sensed something similar to Sephiroth’s presence.

There was no need for the blade to go with his master to his meetings since let’s face it, the blade would have been extremely bored and he knew those meeting took almost the entire day with how everything is dragged out. He wasn’t expecting anyone to drop by but the spirit inside opened an eye from it’s sleep to see that it was one the other SOLDIER’s. Granted he would have simply ignored her if she had simply left the room right afterwards, but both eyes opened as he watched her approached him, grumbling since well there goes his nap he planned. However, the moment that she tried to reach for him, placed the spirit inside on guard as he then transformed right at that very moment, his hand grabbing her wrist as violet eyes glared slightly to the female.

“Obviously that’s a very simple answer to a dumb question no? But better yet…..why exactly were you trying to touch my true form to begin with? I was simply enjoying my nap……”
