i can feel myself slipping away into the all or nothing thoughts and i know it’s because i regularly do low res
I really only ever eat over 400 if someone makes me or a binge.
another trigger for me is planned events with food, like family dinners or birthdays. I spend the whole day trying to be so careful and overthinking that as soon as anything happens i fall apart and binge.

I do enjoy the external validation i get from losing weight.
but i truly do this because I’ve never been as happy with myself and my body as when im smaller. I genuinely feel so happy and comfortable with my body. Even just at 110 or 105.
my ugw is lower but thats just because I want to try it. See if i can and if it feels good.
i do this because i know from experience that i will love myself.

I have different levels of tjinspo but this one is just mesmerizing. I know i wont look too much like this but when im smaller i look similarly smoothed out and i love seeing my hipbones. Something about the pic just looks effortless and perfect.

im scared of people in my life finding out i relapsed. I honestly feel like I’ve never actually recovered i just got stopped from actively restricting. My mind never changed. Im also scared that i wont get back the joy being small gave me. I genuinely love my body when im like that and i dont want to lose that forever.
