my trapped emotions are my past. therefore, they cannot control me because I am the present. with great & immense love I release the trapped emotions energy that linger inside me. I cut all strings attached to the physical emotions that hold weight in my shoulders.
in my shoulders lie the burdens & responsibilities that the outside physical world materializes. I no longer live in this state of mind. I release from the physical world & enter to the spiritual realm.
the unconscious no longer holds the weight of the world on my shoulders. the unconscious no longer carries the burden of others pain.
I choose to be in this present moment with me—always.

I asked for 2 things: a new workout partner/trainee & new opportunities.
a new workout partner/trainee, 2 weeks ago.
new opportunities, literally last night.
today I gained 2 new clients to train! I opened that opportunity myself—I did not wait for the opportunity to come to me. I put myself out there knowing my potential.
stay in tune. stay aware.

Consistency is everything.
For so long I went through many periods of being dedicated & then falling off.
If you are not staying consistent with any goal—analyze the things you are doing instead & then understand that you have to change your choice of actions.
I like to meditate on any goal by envisioning myself doing the things that are going to get me to where I want to be. I breathe in the emotions I would feel in the moment. Each exhale is letting go of bad habits that prevent me from staying consistent or reaching a goal. Step by step my mind is my journal. Our minds are so powerful—tap into it!

* Have faith within yourself so that nothing is impossible. Everything is easy if you want it. We tend to limit ourselves, but we are UNLIMITED *
* Continue to trust your hard work while you are trying your best. This will set you at a pace where you will achieve everything you desire *
* Remember to give yourself credit for everything. Whether you have taken one step or ten steps, it all requires energy. This will set your mindset to know that you can work through tough times & overcome limits *

My power comes from the energy that I put into me. I plug myself into the gym & use it as an outlet for source. Know what you want to achieve, but know the feeling.
When I workout I focus on the feeling of it. I feel each muscle I’m working out. I feel my core engaged. I feel the strength my body has. I physically feel. On the other end, I emotionally feel. I congratulate myself because this gives me the accomplished feeling. I wear outfits I can emotionally feel hot & figured in.
In the gym day dream—move in the body, mind & energy you aspire to be.

Diet & fitness—you cannot have one without the other.
I struggle in having a healthy relationship with food. I will eat Chipotle every day, I will get the munchies after smoking, I will go out to restaurants & not worry about what I am fully consuming. My list can go on.
When I do have a healthy relationship with food: I cook my food, I consume fruits when I have the munchies, I watch what I am fully consuming.
My energy is different because of what I am giving my body. I enjoy cooking & eating food that I made myself.
Intuitively the diet part of my fitness journey is weighing heavy on my mind. I am making the choice to tap in & listen. A change is what I want—the challenge is what I want.
It’s mind over matter. Mind over body. I challenge myself to maintain a healthy relationship with food. This is the next step to receive the body that I want & know I can achieve. Part of this challenge is journaling my daily intake.
Join me in this challenge!
I can give you breakfast, lunch & dinner ideas!

It’s 11/11 & I think back about my manifestations from a year ago.
A main one consisted of being able to dedicate time out of my day to get in the gym—like everyday.
A year ago I have a vid of doing hip thrusts with 30 pounds. Today I accomplished doing hip thrusts with 160 pounds.
This result is from consistency. I received the abundance of gym time in my daily life. It feels rewarding to see my hard work.
After I had ended my set, my body was telling my mind that it was done. I wanted to push my body out of its comfort zone. I knew in my mind I could push myself through it so I decided to do a burnout—not going to listen to my body. I recorded it & want to share it bc I pushed myself to the point I got very light headed. For a sec my body started panicking like I’m going to pass out but instead of thinking in a frantic manner—I started to take some deep breaths & told myself: I am proud of you! You just did that! You are okay! These deep breaths feel so good! These deep breaths are making you feel better! That moment felt so good to receive.
Our minds are so powerful. Listen to what you speak to yourself. Do not let your body control your mind. Be the master. Overcome you every single day.

January 22, 2020 to August 22, 2022
so divine how both of these pics were taken on the 22 of the month & I unintentionally chose them be the reflection of this post.
when I searched up the spiritual meaning of 22—the following message related to Jan. 22 pic.
*make dreams, visions & ideas a reality.
the following message related to Aug. 22 pic.
*remember to stay positive & to have faith that all is working out for your highest good.
& the following message related to both pics.
*manifesting your dreams & desires.
I embarked on a fitness journey that is well in the making of 6 years. I saw my dream. I envisioned my future. I took control & started my own reality. even till this day I stay positive & put in the work necessary to manifest my own desires. you are in control of your life. it is within you to be what & who you want to be.
dare yourself to start right now. dare yourself to be greater. dare yourself to take control.

*growth mindset affirmations—to become the baddest you*
1* I learn by trying new things.
movement might be new to your body. going to the gym might be new to you. but this is how we learn.
2* I focus on progress.
fall in love with the progress: physically & mentally. take pics before & after working out, take vids of working out & watch yourself grow.
3* I am ready to ask for help.
guidance & assistance brings you knowledge. do not be ashamed to ask for it.
4* I can get through anything.
this is seriously a mind over matter thing. my fitness journey has taught me that I can do what I set my mind to.
5* focus on myself & not others.
at the end of the day it is: you vs you. it’s not about what the next girl can & cannot do. this is your temple, your goals, your effort, you, you, you.
6* I will keep learning.
be willing to keep an open mind to everything. this type energy brings so many diff opportunities your way.
7* self-doubt kills dreams.
change those subconscious thoughts. do not tell yourself that you can not do it. your biggest fan is yourself. make those dreams come true.
8* it’s okay to not know.
exactly what it says: it is OKAY to not know. it is okay to ask questions. it is okay to be on an understanding level. it is okay to start something new.
9* talent comes from practice.
I did not get to this point in my fitness journey over night. this took 5+ years & I am still in the process of getting to the next level. dedicate yourself to the practice. put in the work to achieve your goals.

let’s get thick on Thursday.
straight up—my personal goal is to have a fat ass & thick thighs. I know you want this too, girl.
my lower body workout days:
*get on that stair master* warm up your body. get your heart rate up & going. tell yourself positive affirmations. picture your greater & higher self. dedicate a good 10 mins for this.
*stretch!!* my fave part of working out. listen to your body. feel your body. take this time to clear your mind & find some calmness in stretching.
*RDL to squat* take this nice & slow. add some weight: barbell, kettlebell or dumbbells.
*weighted step ups* focus on slowly stepping down into a curtsy lunge.
*cable step backs* take this nice & slow too. add more weight or reps each set.
*weighted bulgarian squats* this has helped me create stability so much. it takes practice so be patient with yourself.
*hip thrusts* def the exercise I end with to make sure I murder my ass. do not be afraid to incorporate the weight. here’s a vid to see what my set is like.
if you want videos or further explanations on any of the above, message me! dare yourself to become the baddest you.
