At the very beginning of their relationship, they kissed only the Vulcan way – Jim didn't want to push Spock to do something he wasn't comfortable with. So it came as a surprise when one evening Spock made the first move and shyly kissed Jim on the lips.

Through the bond, Jim could feel Spock's apprehension and excitement. It was endearing and... extremely hot.

Sometimes, after Jim falls asleep, Spock just lays next to him, marvelling at illogical but fascinating sequences of images occuring in his husband's mind.

Being bonded to a human has its own perks, after all.

Spock found him collapsed in a field, looking as though he'd simply fallen asleep--until he tried to wake him.

Now, they need to work against the clock to save Jim's life.
