Emergency Commissions!

A friend who was offering to pay for a optometrist appointment lost their job and can't pay. I've put off getting new glasses for three years and my current pair is scratched almost beyond use, don't fit properly, and I've been getting migraines from having to wear them. I can't put this off any longer. I already had an appointment date set and confirmed before the news as well.

Paying for the appointment and my glasses will put me short for my rent so I'm opening full body commissions.

have y'all seen the fucking puppy dog furby on ebay? it's from the last produced wave of g1 furbs that only had a partial release, and the seller is shipping from Mexico so it checks out. the bids are going up RAPIDLY of course. but it's always awesome to see more photos of this rare furb!

Ooof, that's a rough looking tattoo...

Fresh tattoos tend to look worse compared to when they heal a bit so it's already looking less janky than that picture.

Also my skin takes needles weird so the first pass always looks a little rough! That mixed with my back twinging made the tattoo look less clean than they always turn out

Like I said in the post, we'll need to do another pass but that's normal for me: all my tattoos came out great in the end after touch ups.

I love when people are scared because their furbies spoke without batteries (old electronics could hold charges for a few hours after batteries were removed, it wasn't exclusive to furby)

Or how they spoke in the dead of night (programed to randomly say things every few hours)

Or said "I see you" in pitch blackness (again, programing thing)

Because fr this is not scary to me? I grew up with old electronics, they just kinda do that.

Want to know why I was scared of furbies?

My neighbor left his out for months without caring about them so they were rotting and weathered. Their joints only half worked, their eyes sunbleached, their bodies full of debri, bugs, and rotten ripped fur, their voices broken and strained from their voice boxes being damaged but their batteries were still in.

You don't know fear of furbies until you hear a garbled, desperate "Let's play!" followed by a muffled screechy whine and you turn your head to see a half rotten thing shuttering it's eyelids at you while centipedes crawl from the gaping cavities left in the half-living corpse.

Your furbies spoke at night? Mine begged desperately for salvation as their bodies became one with the earth and their unmerciful God watched on with apathy.

I dont like the new furbies tbh. Like I prefer things to not be cutesy and Girl Power targeted. I hate how beanie boo-ified they are.

But I also acknowledge that I am very much not the target audience for them.

I'm glad fans have a new little guy to love and care for! I hope everyone who enjoys the new fellas get as much love and joy outta them as I do my old fellas :)

Okay okay so I know the colors are off and there's mistakes but in my defense I haven't used these colored pencils before so I struggled

Anyway I wanted to draw you an actual full piece since you've drawn me some very beautiful art! Finnegan is my favorite of your characters because I love the aesthetic he's got and my second favorite furbs are pink leopards so I couldn't resist. I hope you like it :)
