In Bologna we couldn't miss a visit to Sorbetteria Castiglione, in Via Castiglione. Four Cattabriga vertical batch freezers and the expert hands of Giacomo, deliver a top class gelato. The award winning dark chocolate is superb, but whatever flavour you choose, a scoop of whipped cream is highly recommended. Also available are freshly baked brioche and gelato.
