I Love Your Design Of North Wind, His Hair Looks So Fluffy. I Just Want To Sleep In It.

Thank you! He's probably the character who I drew the most often.

I love the original concept art of him and how his hair was shown to fly around, which I don't draw that like at all, because that will break the character shape, which is supposed to emphasize their opposed forces. But know that his hair is also kind of floaty.

West Wind Headcanons

💐West Wind has the best energy out of all the elementals. She feels like a cool breeze on a warm summer's day or the feeling of dipping your toes in a cold pool. It's been known to be incredibly healing, if you have trauma or any emotional or spiritual scarring it will slowly heal those wounds over time. To you it will feel like a lift off your shoulders and the sudden realization that those things aren’t holding you back in life but instead it is your obsession over said things that prevents you from moving on. You won't know it's her energy causing you to have these eureka moments, but other elementals will.

💐West Wind studied social psychology for a few hundred years, she's very good at desculating situations. Honestly, she could be a very good therapist if she so pleased. She just has no interest in getting involved with mortals issues. She believes they should be able to handle themselves by now.

💐West Wind prefers the company of animals to people. If someone visits her they usually just bitch or sit in awkward silence, it's not her ideal company. She'd rather just pet a nice bunny than get roped into family drama.

💐Even if West Wind notices humans lost in the woods she assumes that, once again, they would know better than to go deeper into the forest. She likes to hope they have enough sense to sit still and try to get cell phone service or wait for someone to find them. They never do, they always disappoint her. She won't help them even if they're close to her cottage, if they don't knock on her door she isn't going to help a bunch of idiots back to the road just for them to do something even dumber and more wreckless. They should have never been camping in that forest anyway, it's restricted.

💐West Wind keeps a lucky rabbit's foot on her at all times. She keeps it in her dress pockets. Most people don't even know that her dresses have pockets since they seem to blend in with the rest of the dress, but they do. She also keeps baggies of cereal in in them in case someone is ever hungry.

I was too nervous about sending this on my actual blog but if it's not to much to ask, do you have any earthquake HCs?

⛰️🌳Earthquake headcanons!🌳⛰️

Earthquake is so kind, but very sensitive and emotional. He can't stand when someone's mean to him or his family, so in seconds he can vent from a gentle giant to a furious wrecker. When he's at his worst he causes devastations.

He lives in the mountains at the unknown area, where he has a giant cave that looks like a mine. There he works.

Most of the times Earthquake spends planning what changes Earth's landscape should have. Then he takes his instruments and goes to a place that needs renovations. He sculptures mountains like an artist sculptures a statue, every stone has a predetermined place. Sometimes Mother Nature helps him by growing plants and trees to make his work even more beautiful and tougher, so it won't be destroyed by the rain.

But his most favourite work is creating metals and gemstones. Then his minions run around the world and hide them deep underground.

In his spare time Earthquake loves to make jewelry. He always keeps around his notebook and draw every design he comes up with. Every piece he makes he gifts to his family and friends, keeping nothing for himself.

As much as he would love to he doesn't interact with humans due to his past encounters that left him some bad memories.

West Wind is his best friend. They spend time planting wild flowers together at the valleys and forests.

When it's foggy in the mountains he goes outside and takes a walk by himself, hoping nobody will see him and disrupt him from his thoughts. But some people actually has met him and that's how a myth about a stone giant that protects the mountain villages from the evil spirits has been created. And Earthquake knows about the stories that humans have made about him. Their superstitions baffle him.

He has no table manners, not that they are necessary for living in a cave, but it becomes an inconvenience during the Family Reunion or other gatherings. Well, his family kind of used to that, except for North Wind who always makes snarky comments about his brother being "too wild for socializing". But Earthquake seems to not care about that at all, he knows that he still has nice friends and siblings who respect him. That irritates North Wind even more. So as it can be said Earthquake and his cold windy brother aren't on good terms.

If they don't contradict each other they just work together.

If they contradict each other then take into consideration only new headcanon.

Most of the time they just work together. This blog is basically like a series production, some concepts can change. Just like character designs.

Or I just forget about stuff.

How does Heat Miser feels about being the oldest among his siblings?

Nothing much. Sometimes he uses that fact jokingly as an argument during his and Snow's fights (they were born at the same day but with a small time difference, because they're fraternal twins).

Snow: Who are you to tell me what to do?!

Heat: I'm older than you by 5.019 seconds so you should listen to me!

He actually doesn't know by how much seconds/ minutes/hours he's older. Mother Number never told him, so he comes up with random numbers each time.

Why the Tides are so different? Your interpretation of them is funny!

Most of my personality choices for the characters are about them being opposites to each other is some way. So yeah, the same formula I used for the Tides: one's shy and the other one's loud.

I don't like "twins are literal copies of each other" trope. I've seen it in so many cartoons it's overused and boring for me now. And also seeing sibling characters being different and argue because of small things is just funny.

I think I'll write an explanation how I choose the personality for each member of the Nature Family. Including Miser Brothers, because despite them already having established characters I've expanded already existing ideas for a bit.

Hangs out with West Wind most of the time, thought West is not as social as South.

Snow Miser's emotional support.

Most of the time she's chill, only during celebrations and parties she shows an energetic side of her personality.

Enjoys dancing and singing, mostly something pop or country style.

Doesn't really like doing her job and argues with Heat Miser because of that.

Despite being cocky and prideful, she never looks down at anyone.

Cacti and Sunflowers are her favourite plants.

Sees North Wind as her rival.

Often fights with High Tide for the territory of sandy beaches, because ruling over deserts is not enough for her.

Lightning and Thunder also known as Sky Lords.

Lightning charges the earth with her bolts of light and Thunder warns everyone with his roar about the beginning of a storm.

They are fraternal twins, but Lightning is a little older.

Lightning takes her job too seriously. She's very nervous and fussy. As for her everything must be done perfectly on time.

On the other hand, Thunder is very calm and chill. Sleep is more important for him and he doesn't care about being behind the schedule.

Because of their personality differences they quarrel pretty often.
