I ate one meal today + a snack and exercised for 2 hours and 20 minutes. I was supposed to work out for 2 hours and 50 minutes but my legs weren't into all those squats... didn't do as long as I wanted but still a step up.
*Edit
After scrolling on here and seeing some thinspo and workout motivation I decided to finish the work out. I did the full 2 hours and 50 minutes. God I love this app ❤

If you want a low calorie snack I definitely suggest grapes. They are 2 calories per grape and you don't have to do crazy math in your brain.

I exercised for 1 hour and 50 minutes. I did mostly cardio and abs but I also worked on my legs and butt. I don't know exactly how many calories I burnt but I ate less then 1000 calories today do it's likely that I burned all/almost all I ate.

so you just binged..
what are some safe alternatives to purging?
- make some tea with ginger, cinnamon, lemon juice, and castor oil. go for green tea or a probiotic digestive tea. it’s easy on the stomach and expells the food quickly and safely. a natural alternative to laxatives
- safe amount of laxatives. do NOT overdo it with laxatives, you run the risk of ruinging your stomach lining and posibly developing hemorrhoids. also, if you take too many, you’ll be on the toilet for hours, shitting and crying, this definitely raises eyebrows. if you have trouble swallowing pills, they make chewable laxative chocolates that taste halfway decent and do the job just as well.
- intese cardio workout. do lots of russian twists, crunches, blanks, leg lifts, and anything else that you wish. it doesn’t expel the food, but it speeds up your digestive system and gets it out quicker, while also burning off the calories you took in
- taking dietary pills. the prescribed amount. I cannot stress enough how dangerous it is to abuse or misuse pills. this gets rid of extra waste, including water weight and bloating, and speeds up your metabolism, while making sure your body takes in the vitamins it needs to survive, so you’ll get rid of the fatty stuff and keep the stuff that keeps your body running

I was forced into recovery by my parents and I can't restrict, purge or deny food. I am just eating the smallest portion they will allow and doing cardio for a hour a day. I need tips to hide food and fast calorie burning exercises. I'M DESPERATE. I would rather die then be fatter again and they don't get it.
