What I ate today! 04.11.24 馃崜馃崟
This morning I had a yogurt bowl with protein granola.
My first snack was skinny pop.
For lunch I had a raspberry salad with a lemon scone.
When I got home from school I had apples and cinnamon for my pre-workout.
After I worked out I helped my mom make some homemade pizza and I made a salad on the side.
For dessert I had one homemade chocolate muffin (my mom had half a regular one.)
Remember don鈥檛 compare yourself to what I eat, we all have different needs.馃挄馃構

Apple yogurt bowl
Ingredients:
1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
Half of an apple or a whole one
1/4 cup of your fav granola
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon peanut butter
Sprinkle of cinnamon
I ate about half of this because my stomach started to hurt but, this is one of my fav breakfasts and I wanted to share it with you guys!馃馃挄
