I’ve got it in my head that Max either owned or invested in the Hotel/Resort back before the 1906 quake.

And this guy is just so proud of it. A steady source of both money and out of towners to feed on, the Jewel of Santa Carla. Maybe the place is marketed as a respite for the sick and frail to rest and recover. You know all those writers and artists suffering from nervous dispositions and wracking coughs, and ladies wasting away with consumption. Where the fresh sea air, and warm sun can restore you. And if those people don’t necessarily survive their stay, pass away in the night, then who would suspect a thing?

And maybe Max bans the boys from the inside of the resort. Kicks them out anytime they breeze in like he does in the video store. “I told you not to come here.” Because Max is an upstanding member of society, and he can’t have these rapscallions ruining his image.

So the boys live in the cave system beneath the resort. Because in the book (and the original proposed sequel/comic) there’s more caves, deeper than where the resort sunk, so they were clearly there before disaster struck.

And THEN, the fricking earthquake sinks the whole thing into the ground.

Just, can you imagine the boys absolutely losing their minds. “Too bad they built it on the fault.” Like you know David never let Max live that down. And even better now it belongs to the boys! This crowning achievement, Max’s hubris, in ruins, sunk into the caves, now property of The Lost Boys.

“You built a resort above a cave system on the San Andreas fault line, Max. What did you expect, Max? What did you think was gonna happen, smart guy?”

Y/n sat there staring at his plate, it was full of food that the Boys had got when when they were out. David stood in front of him giving him a hard look. "Look, Michael told us you weren't eating- So...We got you your favorite things" David's cheeks were slightly pink so they must have just got done feeding.

"Yeah! Please baby! You need food to function like our bunny!" Paul exclaimed and plotted down next to Y/N's leg. Marko nodded and held out a piece of (favorite food here) to Y/N's face. He didn't move. Marko pouted, Then Dwayne got up and stood behind Y/N. "Please eat. Your the only you we got. And I think I speak for all of us when I say this. We care for you." The tall brunette said and gently coaxed Y/N to start eating "okay...Yeah your right...I'll try to eat better" He said quitely before taking a bite.

Not only did Eddie Munson miss the film masterpiece that is The Lost Boys but he also missed Teenage mutant ninja turtles. Sure it's not horror but that man is a fucking nerd through and through! The TMNT came out in 1987, here's what I think the Lost boy's fav turtle is and why.

David : He likes Leo. To put it simple he understands the position and stress that being leader can be. But he'll NEVER admit that he has read the comics/watched the shows.

Dwayne : He likes Donnie the most, Sure he may not be the smartest boy in the group but, He understands the hard part of being the most well read and well...He understands the struggle. (Also he like reading them with Laddie)

Paul : He likes Mikey the most, the carefree and fun attitude and making jokes is kind of his thing y'know? But he feels connected in a sense. Being kind of like an younger brother, but also kind of the glue! Bc of his free Spirit he keeps everything fun and light hearted!

Marko : He likes Raph. He relates to the anger and rage the red turtle feels. He understands trying to control to not hurt is family. But he also likes his accent :3

Christmas with the Lost Boys would include:

Paul and Marko finding (stealing) Christmas decorations and covering the cave in it

Dwayne and Laddie shopping (probably stealing) gifts for everyone.

Those gifts would include, 1. Hair ties for everyone 2. Makeup and Nail polish for Star (and Paul) 3. More patches and paints for Marko 4. Many different sunglasses for Michael 5. More gloves and ear rings for David 6. Books for Dwayne

David constantly being called Scrooge or a grump by Star
