The first, the obligatory "What if Ladybug was going to be canon instead of Bmblby" (basically, just trade Yang and Ruby places on all those events), What if Rhodes took Cinder from the Glass Unicorn instead of letting her stay and suffer, what if Winter fell instead of Weiss, what if Weiss stayed in Atlas instead of going to Beacon, What if Penny was the human and Ruby was the android... just to name a few.

So apparently the YouTuber Dream’s face got revealed and all of his fans are clowning on him because he doesn’t look like how they perceived him.
