Crochet hand sanitizer holders! Commissioned for someone

Love of my life fr. The hats and the pillow (the hat in the second pic is one I'd made a post of previously! It didn't exactly fit her, but that's okay, because now it goes on her stuffed bear, and that's very important)

All of these were made prior to may

And December, for a gift exchange! I made two on the chance that someone forgot their gift (and it worked out perfectly). Cat ear beanies, they didn't exactly wear them "correctly" but they have the spirit ^^

And those are all of the crochet things I made in 2023 that I took pictures of! I definitely made a lot more, but I have a tendency to forget to take pictures of the things I make, which puts us in a difficult spot there. But hopefully you like the things I did get pictures of!

Here's part 2 to my 2023 crochet recap!

Mittens I made for someone's baby sister. I made similar ones in blue for the kid I babysit sometimes

My first ever actual clothing item, a crochet shrug! (Yes it's on my matress.)

This was made around the end of May for my best friend, and she loved it (she looks amazing in it)

Cat ear beanie with ruffled brim rather than folded, for the same friend that the shrug was for. One of her favourites ^^

July-August, I believe, but I'm really not positive

A maple leaf because, fun fact, I love maple leaves, and have been wanting to make one for ages, and finally got the thread yarn to make it. It didn't turn out exactly how I'd hoped, but I still think it's cute ^^

About August timeframe

Potholders, hot pads, whatever you call them, things that you can put a hot pan on so it doesn't burn your table. I made three colour variations of circles and squares

June-July

Keychains! My first time actually making keychains, and they turned out pretty well! The jellyfish was a commission (they loved it!) And the mushrooms were based off of me and my best friend, because my hair was split dyed, and she wanted one that would be pink because part of her hair is pink

All made in July-August

Two pairs of dragon scale fingerless gloves. I'd shared the colourful ones before, but not the gray ones, but both pairs have scales on only one side so that they're still usable.

January-February?

I made a bunch of these, mesh bucket hats, while I was at a camp, intending on selling them and having them be cheaper since they're mesh. They didn't sell, but they look pretty cool!

I made some better ones! Now my dragon scale gloves are actually usable! I so love these yall don't understand

Once I figure out how to set everything up I definitely wanna try having an Etsy shop, my only problem is I don't know if anyone would buy what I make? Othernat I'd make that a higher priority. Perhaps it's just my insecurity talking, but still.

Also. Light up crochet hooks? They're amazing, the best investment. 10/10 def recommend

Here are some dragon scale gloves I've made before!

I love them, my only problem with them is the scales in the front make it difficult to crochet more of them haha. Its hard to do much with my hands when wearing these. Luckily, I found a pattern for ones that don't have scales in the front! Im gonna try those out in a bit, I'll keep you updated!

Recently made a star cat beanie for my best friend! I'm getting it send out to her tomorrow, I hope she likes it ♡

I promise it looks more like cat ears when it's being worn

I definitely want to make a scarf that's black with rainbow, like the drops I've been doing on my beanies? Like that but mainly black, so the colours pop more. Definitely on my to-do list :)

Finished the Genderfluid Pride Flag Beanie!

Next I'll work on the pansexual flag, then the bisexual, then the asexual, and then I'll see from there! If anyone has any flag suggestions, please let me know! (I'm just avoiding any with orange at them moment because I dont have any orange yarn asdfghjkl)

I found a cool crochet hat pattern and made one for a gift exchange, so.

And I realized that I could make them subtle pride flags, kinda, so here we have the trans pride flag, because I really like the colours and it's the first flag that came to mind besides the rainbow one

It's folded in the second picture.

I'm thinking I'll make a bunch of these with different pride flags and sell them whenever I go to a craft show or whatever it's called.

I really like the way it looks, like it kinda looks like it's dripping, in a way, and I love that. It takes about 4 hours for me to make, I think? The pom pom itself takes at least ten minutes, maybe fifteen (because I need it to be perfect haha). I'm gonna be taking a 12 hour long road trip here in a few days so I'll have plenty of time to work on these, as long as my mom has a light up hook that I can use for when we're driving in the dark.

I'd make matching gloves for them but i tried making fingerless gloves and lets just say, they didnt work out the greatest.

I'm gonna try to like. Post everything I crochet here from now on? Because i think i make a lot of cool things and it's better to have a set place for them.
