Hello :), just want to say, that I spent the whole weekend with your books. First (of course!) bedknobs and Broomstick a week ago, then I read 3-5 of Secrets and Scrabble and then Saturday and Sunday 1-4 Holmes and Moriarity. I love it.

I have two questions:

since Secrets and Scrabble 7 is out before 6, would you recommend to wait till the 6th is released and reading it and then to read the 7th?

Do you have any celebrities/pictures you associate Cosmo/John, Kit/J.X. and Ellery/Jack with?

Loon Landing is what I’m working on right now, so it should be out mid-March at the very latest. So I think it makes sense to wait till it’s done before reading Book 7.

As far as celebrities...I have some *very* general physical types in mind for Cosmo and John. As much as I love the cover model on those covers, I actually think of Cosmo more as a  Timothée Chalamet type. And John looks in my mind like a model by the name of Simon Clark. In my mind, Ellery looks a bit like Mathew Daddario and Jack a little bit like Chris Evans. But just as very general physical types. I don’t really have any celebrities in mind for Kit and JX!

I'm confused. Book seven of Secrets and Scrabble is out but not book six?

I know. It’s a long story. Book 6 is coming probably in March. Everything is taking me way, way longer than it used to. :-/

Evertime I read something on my kindle, I go back to Bedknobs and Broomstick to read it again and again. I love it so much. I noticed that the fourth book is not availbable for preorder anymore, I hope it is not a bad sign. I know you have many other projects and I don't want to pressure you, but do you have a time frame when the fourth book will be released?

The preorder was cancelled because there was no way I could do so many books that early in the year, but I do aim to have it out for Christmas 2023. If I miss that date, it will be early in 2024.
