We often forget that our external world is simply a reflection of what’s going on inside of us. When we’re dealing with frustrating situations, people/places/things, it’s an opportunity for us to look within and see where there is discord. Instead of using it as chance to blame what’s going on outside of us, it allows us to reflect and therefore heal within. Self-reflection can be messy, it requires being honest with ourselves, yet with it comes freedom. As we heal, we help others heal and therefore heal the whole. ✨Let’s Set Intention✨ New Moons offer us the opportunity to set intention for what we’re working to manifest in our life. Anytime we even think about what this intention might be, we are activating that manifestation. If we can dream it and desire it, the universe/spirit will bring it to us. We simply have to align with the energy. Aligning on a practical level means making choices and decisions towards our goals, while choosing to not fall back into old patterns. We don’t need everything to be perfect in order for this to happen. We simply need to have the desire. Then, each day, we make choices that are congruent and therefore align with that desire. It’s a process, so be gentle with yourself. Some things come in quickly and some things take time. But just because we don’t see it manifest on our time line doesn’t mean it’s not meant to be ...
