Week 11.

I downloaded a beverage PSD mockup off psdmockups.com and after playing around with light, shadow and colour I have my beverage mockup! TA DA! Introducing DR. KOMBU my Kombucha brand.

WEEK TWELVE.

The final colours are in! Drinks will be colour coded with their flavours. Next step is to print out the labels and see them on the bottle!

The bottle.

I’ve chosen to use a 250ml bottle because kombucha is supposed to be taken in small doses. Most effectively just before a meal as it’s great for your digestion.

As for the material the bottle would ideally be made from recycled materials with the ability to be recycled or reused again.

WEEK ELEVEN.

We’re nearly there! This week I have settled on a design I’m happy with and I’ve been playing around with fonts and colours.

I wanted to keep my design simple but effective. Dr Kombu has several flavours of kombucha and will be colour coded as to what it’s key ingredient it is. That way it’ll be easy for the customer to grab the flavour they desire off the shelf.

WEEK TEN.

I’m playing with different logo ideas. Trying my best to keep it simple but effective...

Week six...

Decisions decisions. One drink, two concept ideas...

One: The 70s retro style signifies fun, free, summertime adventures. I think this concept is really eye catching. Theres a lot you can do with the colours and fonts.  I believe it could be a good representative for my Kombucha brand Dr. Kombu because of its abnormality. Its bubbly and sweet and you can find it in all different types of flavours.

Two: The masculine style is clean and respectable. I believe a two or three colour design is very effective. With a simple colour pallete you can work on a clever design that can make people really think. This mature masculine concept respects the ancient art that is Kombucha.
