I'm going for a walk

I'm drowning out the world with headphones and my favorite music
I'm going to sit down in the shower and scrub the shower floor.
I'm going to scrapbook or journal.
I'm going to budget because it helps me feel in control.
I'm going to breathe mindfully and Stretch.
I'm going to clean something.
I'm going to eat a piece of fruit.
I'm going to chew ice chips.
I'm going to splash water on my face
I'm going to pop bubble wrap, even if I have to buy a roll of it and cut it into A4 sheets
I'm going to a fish store to look at fish tanks (aquarium would be better but costs a lot!)
I'm going to attempt exactly 1 pullup and laugh at how silly pull ups are.
I'm going to the top of the closest mountain to look at the view even if I have to drive there.
I'm going to sit with the feeling. I'm going to acknowledge stress is uncomfortable. I'm going to remind myself discomfort is okay, normal and valid. I don't need to squash discomfort. I am allowed to be 'not happy' both to myself but especially to others around me. I don't always have to exist as a positive person for the benefit of others.

My progress since July 2018 (app is Lose It!)
April 2018-November 2019 I was in a RELATIONSHIP (can you believe lol) and we ate out every week.
Now I’m the same weight I was 2 years ago (161.5 18th March 2018, 161 14th May 2020).
It’s crazy seeing how far I’ve come, and equally crazy seeing how fat I got. I’ve got a long way to go but it’s difficult to see progress in the mirror sometimes - graphs for the win.

Started the week at 161, am still 161. Been exercising my ass off and not eating breakfast/ lunch (I’m at home so I have to eat dinner, but I’ve been having modified dinners, no more than 160 cals at most)
How the fuck am I not shifting this weight
