breakfast: half a Starbucks coffee (60 cals) and Starbuck bacon, egg, and cheese (485 cals)
lunch: chicken from school (104 cals) and diet dr.pepper (0)
dinner: nothing
snack: tru fruit raspberries (144 cals)
total: 793
burned 300 cals during soccer
subtotal: 493
ok so breakfast was rlly bad bc my sister just got her license and wanted to take me to get food. But the rest of the day i think i did pretty good

breakfast: 2/3 of a tj’s poptart (120 cals)
lunch: sunflower seeds (200 cals)
dinner: taco shell w only a little cheese, beef, & peppers (about 170 cals)
snack: coffee w creamer (about 110 cals) and half a rootbeer float (i think 362 cals but maybe less)
total: 962
burned 57 cals
subtotal: 905
i know this a lot but it’s a pretty big deficit compared to how many cals i was eating last week. hopefully over time i can get back into more of my old ana habits

lunch: a few chips with cheese on them
worked out and burned 220 cals
dinner: piece of italian bread covered in pesto
snack: cup of ice cream
didn’t do too good today but i will get on track and not eat breakfast or lunch when school starts.
