You probably meant in your head but🤷‍♀️…
Divide the calories by 100 and multiply by the weight/grams of your cookie
So if its 450cal pr 100g and the cookie weighs 30 g the equation is 450/100*30=135 cal🤭🫶
Me trying to count how many calories are in one oat cookie but the package only says how much cals are in 100g

Tips for overeating?🫧💞
I see a lot of people saying they have a harder time controlling their food when they’re socialising but can anyone please give me any tips since I can’t stop snacking when I’m at home?
I feel like the food is around me so I find it easier to just grab a small snack all the time. I’m sick and therefore stayed home from school and had planned the whole day to be 1000 kcal but now when I’m home it’s 11:30 am and I’ve probably already eaten like 800 kcal :// please give me your advice 🙏🌙🎧

I literally thriveeee when it’s hot outside. This was some of my meals last summer and I was walking 30-40k steps daily. Weighing about 56 kgs at my lowest(123,4 lbs) having a really easy time controlling my intake and not feeling desires to binge, eat anything unhealthy or sugary.
I feel like I’m more determined when I can be outside, i “have” to wear revealing clothes (shorts, bikinis etc) have an excuse to be out walking all day and I don’t want to eat hot or greasy food..
Summer is when ana keeps me determined and i lose weight like crazy !<3
Praying for it to get hot outside soon again so I can feel light🌙
I’m working towards feeling empty and clean even though it’s not summer but I’m struggling tbh::/

Hi everyone!
this is my first post here and im gonna hold myself accountable since ive been slacking TREMENDOUSLY (snacking, bingeing, eating unhealthy etc.) and im kinda losing my fckn thigh gap😀
• Im going to reach my GW by posting wieiad’s and mainly just so i can keep track of how im doing :)
• Im 14 years old (15 in march🫶)
• im currently about 60-62 Kgs?(have been bingeing a loot this week but haven’t weighed myself yet so im unsure:/⚖️)
• SW was 65,5 kgs
• GW is approximately 50-54kgs🤷‍♀️ (BMI of like 16,5)
I dont think starving is the way for me since i just end up bingeing put please leave some tips! (im aiming to weigh about 56-57 Kgs by the end of february <3)
