feel similarly about both hannibal and supernatural in that at least in these instances. a showrunner saw a beautiful man with flowing hair and said ohhhh my god he needs to be sweating and shaking and crying and tied up and bleeding and being choked and psychologically manipulated and tortured IMMEDIATELY!! sorry but lots of men with this potential are in boring miniseries or some such. not that supernatural is a good show by any stretch of the imagination but they got that little one thing so right.
