i relapsed and it’s sunday so here are my goals for the week & an update:
- currently weighing at 102-104 lbs, want to get back to the 96-98lb range
- no eating before noon & no eating more than 1 meal a day
- only salad/veggies for dinner (family dinner i can’t get out of)
wanna hit 100 or under by friday !!

easily had 2,500 calories today (pancakes for breakfast, ice cream for lunch, and the binge was on like 4 servings of loaded nachos for dinner—drinking seems to be my trigger for binges). vacation continues to beat my ass. i’ve researched enough to know that a scale fluctuation up tomorrow is not real weight gain and that if i fix my behavior now ill be back on track as early as the end of this week but i just know that if i purge, the bloat wont be as bad or as triggering tomorrow morning. can someone talk me out of purging? ofc no pressure but could really use some help right now 🥺
weigh in yesterday was 92.8, today 94.0, and right now (clothed) 99.2.

back at 94.8 (BMI 17.9) which means i was holding a lot of water. it’s nice to see the scale go down but given that it was only a 24 hour difference,,,
i know i need like a week of good, clean eating for it to be real weight loss and to break my binge habits
edit again: as of 7/27 i’m at 94.4
weighed in this morning at 96.2, BMI of 18.2. up 2 lbs from my lowest. my goal is to be back consistently at 94 (would love to hit 93).

tried recovery for two weeks (fear foods are gone & gained at least a pound bc i let myself believe my binges were “extreme hunger”), did a month of birth control (stopping that on saturday bcuz of bad side effects- happy for side effects & hopefully water retention to be gone), binged on a 12” pizza (all of it) tonight (proud i didn’t purge but definitely had a moment where i strongly considered it),,, here’s to me restarting my health & weightloss journey tomorrow. will update with weight, measurements, and BMI tomorrow.
current plan: no food until noon, no desserts, only veggies/salad w no dressing at dinner (family dinners so i can’t really do more than that), no more than 500 calories a day, & SHREDDY app w HIIT & the weight loss plan until i’m back at 94lbs !!!!

have had such amazing days of fighting fear foods and breaking my ed rules (even a few days without counting calories) and my scale keeps dropping. im below my UGW as of last night (94.6lbs)-even after spontaneously snacking while hanging with friends late at night. the name of the game now is to maintain this.

need to get back on track: maintained at 96 for about 2-3 weeks now and it’s killing me that i’m so close to my UGW but haven’t made any progress recently. i’m going grocery shopping today and will be working out again next week. manifesting that i’ll be below 95 at the end of the week. but timing is bad because of stuff going on with moving, we’ve been eating out a lot and mainly junk- gonna have to find healthy, low cal foods today.

weighed in at the doctors and it was actually lower than my scale at home. i’m so confusedddd. not mad tho just confused
genuinely confused: am i reverse dieting? definitely have upped my daily calories and even had a few binges these past days but have maintained in the low 96s. like my irrational ed brain is saying all the scales in my house are wrong- i don’t understand this at all.

felt like i just binged on all fresh vegetables. it’s weird to have to tell my brain that no way was my 2 cups of salad w mixed vegetables and no dressing more than 100 calories. full stomach is not weight gain and vegetables are good and full of necessary nutrients.
