I tried to make this lighthearted (the opposite of where this fandom usually leads me) and I’m not sure how well that succeeded? I feel like I should mention that I’m not all that satisfied with it and I wanted it to be longer too, but I don’t want to put it down too much, so just know that writing college application essays does not mix well with other deadlines aha

Fic Rec: Undercover with You by heclosescases  Relationship: Teresa Lisbon/Patrick Jane Rating: T Published: 2021-07-22 Type: Multi-Chapter Summary: A complicated case creates new feelings for Jane and Lisbon when they have to go undercover as a couple in attempt to catch a criminal trio in the act. They have no idea how long they are going to have to keep up the pretence for and she’s worried that allowing him that close to her could pose problems. However, she isn’t going to say no to Abbott and this is her job after all. Read here.

I love this story so much ❤️ the characters are so well-written and it feels so natural. I’ve read it several times but keep going back to it because it’s just so good! Definitely recommend checking this one out, along with the author’s many other Mentalist fics. - @randomfandomtrashblog
