I could never cut out food entirely like most anas do. It always led me to binge even at my lowest weight. I gained way more weight with fasting and binging. I was so frustrated.
For me, high restriction is always easier. Counting every calorie and staying under 500 while making sure I burned more than 500 a day was the quickest way to drop 50 lbs.
And with this way, you still get food, prevent brain fog, delay fatigue, and don’t binge like crazy.
I would tell my parents that I’m on a “high protein, low cal” diet because it allowed me to consume little food and little cals, all while staying relatively satisfied after meals.

The routine-
25 squats
60 jumping jacks
50 crunches
30 butt bridges
10 pushups
(Do these for 3-7 rounds)
Also if your not used to working out like this you might throw up 😭 take it from me
