It was getting difficult for Jake to ignore, his cool starting to border on frosty. No FM radio, so no music; probably no stations in the middle of bumfuck, nowhere, Alaska, anyway. There wasn’t even anything to really look at, out there. I have read and re-read your MyQuil Michael x Laurie fic... so many times. I love the tension and explorative nature of it. Realistically, do you think you'll write any follow up for it?

Howdy!! I'm so glad you liked it! Realistically, I have to say no. I'm pretty much on hiatus for full-length fics indefinitely while I work off the obscene amount of debt I racked up while leaving my abusive husband. Basically had to start my whole life over, and it has been s t r e s s f u l and loaded with stumbling blocks. I want to say I'll return to writing next year, but who's to know. I know you didn't ask about all that but it's been a while since I've updated here, so I figured I'd just cram that in too for anyone that was curious about where I've been. 😅 With MyQuil specifically, that was a commissioned piece - one with a LOT of creative input and guidance by the commissioner. I remember having to do a couple rewrites to get it where they wanted it. Ultimately, that story is theirs, I just wrote it. Hopefully, that makes sense. I'd feel uncomfy adding to it without their consent. BUT. All that being said. I am definitely down to consider requests for non-full-length tidbits (headcanon, ficlets, etc.) for any ship including Michael x Laurie! I just ask for a little structure; be it a fully fleshed out prompt, or just some buzz words to get me going.
