It’s funny how women who are against feminism will leave anti-feminist comments under posts advocating for women’s rights. Like, the ability to read, write, and learn, to speak your voice, to go to college, to vote, to drive a car? You have feminists to thank for. These feminists that you are so against fought and sacrificed so much for you to be able to enjoy basic rights. Long before you were even born, women were fighting for the most mundane of rights, that you take for granted, that you enjoy without a care in the world. The privileges you have were strived for by countless women whose struggles you not only fail to acknowledge, but look down upon. The privileges you view as your birth right were denied to your mothers, grandmothers, and great grandmothers. The women who were not allowed to get an education, to divorce, get abortions, or even be viewed as anything but an object, could only dream of the privileges you enjoy. In short, you would not have been able to leave your anti-feminist comments under posts advocating for it if it was not for your mothers and grandmothers that fought for your freedom. You would not be here were it not for the feminists that you hate.
