今天上巴刹木薯很美，买两个回来做泰式蒸木薯甜品，加了班兰叶和少许水赤糖下去蒸，很香甜不加椰奶味道也很好😋😋😋
Thai style steamed tapioca dessert with coconut milk..I like to eat without coconut milk... added a few pandan leaf to enhance the aroma... it is 😋 😋 😋

Thursday is my baking day ... baked a vegan banana bread. Easy to put together.. Recipes credit to @the_buddhist_chef Simple ingredients: Wet ingredients: 250gm smashed banana 1tbsp lemon 1/2 cup vegetables oil 1/2 cup soy milk 1cup packed brown sugar (I use 3/4Cup) In large mixing bowls, mix the above ingredients well Dry ingredients: 2 cups of flours (I use self-raising skip the baking powder and soda) E1 tsp salt 3 tbsp ground flaxseeds 1tsp ground cinnamon Mix the above ingredients well and add to the wet mixture mix it evenly till no dry flour Spread the batter to the prepared pan Bake at about 45 mins at 180 degrees.
