Hi! I absolutely adore your builds but usually my storage cant handle the cc.. theyre quite a lot of GB. would you consider making a build with less cc or no cc?

Hi Lovely, aww thank you so much! Ahh my pc literally yells at me but i never listen! I only build with CC, while i love the Sims i would never consider building or playing without CC at all. To do a less cc build would be mean i do an unfurnished one i might consider simply sharing a exterior build only but not anytime soon. Thank you so much for your support, hopefully one day!!

Tartosa Vacation 🌞

The family enjoying a night out at a local Tartosa restaurant. Little Aurora stayed back with the nanny at the Villa since it's way past her bedtime.

Also Yasmin & Devon literally only ever want to talk to each other & get jealous when anyone talks to one of them. (Even the kids!) They do too much but I love them.

Hello Simmers, welcome to the Kaneko Estate. A 3 bedroom family residence with a home studio in Mt Komorebi.

This property is nestled near the river of Wakaba. This prefecture is young, new, and bright as the leaves of a tree in early springtime. This small town is up-and-coming in the region, home to beautiful, sleek new homes and an attractive town center featuring Mt. Komorebi’s official mascot: Yamachan. Tourists of all ages can enjoy the Festival of Youth, or simply take in the neighborhood’s natural beauty.

This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom studio home- perfect for a growing family. It has a spacious driveway which is shared with the outdoor kitchen area. The property is known for its Japandi features and has multiple ponds filled with Koi fish and floating lanterns. While it still maintains it's traditional features, Kaneko estate has been renovated and has adapted to the modern times, making it the perfect blend between the past and and present.

Villa Firostefani is a family friendly restaurant and vacation spot that is tucked snugly along Tartosa's sunset coastline,. This location offers soft and sandy beaches to share with a lover, plus nighttime bioluminescent shores that are perfect for lighting up a romantic dip... and only a short stroll from Porto Luminoso. This is a family-run complex of villas with scenic views of the waters. Built in Cycladic style, each room is different from the other. This property has a private villa with it's own pool which caters to a family, a studio with a balcony for backpackers and last but not least, a perfect honeymoon suite, with a private outdoor shower and direct beach access. This venue is also offers day passes for those who are not staying in the villas. Don't forget to try the delicious seafood the restaurant prepares daily and the refreshing cocktails during sunset happy hour. Le Cetinelle

Hello Simmers, welcome to Le Cetinelle! The most famous vineyard in Tartosa. Sharing this build to thank you all for the support and love! This build is a multiuse lot.

Le Cetinelle is Tartosa's oldest nectar estate — 900 years and counting — known for it's rich nectar and delicious fresh food. The venue is also well known for their horse rescues and offers daily horse rides along the beautiful sandy beaches in Tartosa. (make sure to take a dip in the pool after a hot day out). There is also a lovely and private house on the estate for you to move in or few suites upstairs if you here for a couple of days. Do not forget to enjoy the nectar and food down at the Lobstron restaurant which is open daily. If you are looking for any activities, the estate also offers you classes on nectar making, this makes Le Cetinelle the perfect vacation.
