BASIKS - a sims 4 custom content collection

a few months back, after i'd just started my page, i said when i finally learn how to make cc i'm gonna do a basics collection. the pinterest board has been sitting there for months and i finally said f*ck it, who doesn't need more basics in their sims wardrobes!?

this collection is made up of 9 items, all staples in your sims wardrobe. it was of course heavily inspired by skims. i wanted to create a collection of neutrals that suit all skin tones & that will be essential for a casual outfit.

it's a simple little collection but my first time really working with cas meshes. i worked my azz off for weeks on getting this right and i'm super proud of the result. i hope you guys love it as much as i do!

Dear Sim Diary,

As the sun sets over the quaint town of Widenburg, I find myself reflecting on the whirlwind of events that unfolded in the past year. My name is Agnes, and this journal chronicles the extraordinary journey of my husband Henry and me as we ventured into the uncharted territories of marriage and parenthood.

Widenburg, with its handful of families and vast open lands, became the canvas on which we painted the tapestry of our life together. Henry, with his chiseled jawline and unwavering work ethic, managed to fashion a cozy abode for us from the raw materials of our dreams. Our home, a testament to his craftsmanship, stands proudly against the rural backdrop of our new life.

Our journey into self-sufficiency began with the cultivation of our expansive land. Armed with a hoe and determination, we foraged and planted crops that would soon become the lifeblood of our budding homestead. With the dowry we received, we invested in the future – two cows and six chickens, our feathered and furry companions in this rustic escapade.

The culinary arts became my passion, as I delved into the secrets of cheese and bread-making. The aroma of freshly baked bread wafting through our home became the signature scent of our domestic bliss. Every meal was an adventure, a testament to the love and care we poured into our culinary creations.

However, amidst the laughter and shared dreams, the first year of our marriage was not without its challenges. The pitter-patter of little sim feet eluded us for months as we eagerly attempted to expand our family. Our perseverance paid off, though, as the news of our impending parenthood reached us like a gentle breeze towards the end of the year. Joy filled our hearts as we embraced the reality of becoming parents in the upcoming year, 1301.

As I pen down these words, I can hear Henry's distant call for help in collecting the eggs from our growing brood of chickens. Our home is filled with warmth, love, and the promise of a new life. The pages of this diary will undoubtedly unfold to reveal more tales of our simtastic journey in the years to come.

my amazing friend @lijoue has brought us a new paris world, overriding britechester. the dedication and talent it took to create this beautiful world is unmatched. i asked early on could i be apart of it as i was so inspired by her work & her talent! truthfully, this started as a one build project, but i just had to do three!

this is the first of three builds within this collab. i wanted the eiffel tower to be a landmark to visit, somewhere romantic and pretty. i'm so insanely proud of this and leigh's dedication to this world. i hope you all love it as much as us. merci x

Villa Firostefani is a family friendly restaurant and vacation spot that  is  tucked snugly along Tartosa's sunset coastline,. This location offers soft and sandy beaches to share with a lover, plus nighttime bioluminescent shores that are perfect for lighting up a romantic dip... and only a short stroll from Porto Luminoso.  This is a  family-run complex of villas with scenic views of the waters. Built in Cycladic style, each room is different from the other. This property has a private villa with it's own pool which caters to a family, a studio with a balcony for backpackers and last but not least, a perfect honeymoon suite, with a private outdoor shower and direct beach access.  This venue is also offers day passes for those who are not staying in the villas. Don't forget to try the delicious seafood the restaurant prepares daily and the refreshing cocktails during sunset happy hour. Villa Firostefani also offers spa services as well as movie night as an activity during the weekend.
