Frederick’s tweet reads “I can’t quite process that a) a queen cut up her shoulder during a lip sync b) they literally showed the footage of it happening and then c) no-one addressed it. there’s SO many things wrong, both damaging and dangerous, as well as just plain upsetting #DragRace you should never bleed for your art, it’s a terrible harmful mindset that can’t be idolised. I really hope the queen is alright, and production seriously needs to review what mental health services are available to the cast on set. this shouldn’t ever happen, not for TV #DragRace ”.
