When Words Fail.

🐢💙Leonardo (03) x Reader💙🐢

A mission gone awfully wrong, that’s what started it all. A mission that made everything fall apart and what stirred these negative emotions inside Leo that he tried so hard to hide within the deep crevices of his mind. Meditation would’ve usually helped in this moment, sitting down and trying to clear his mind and sort out his thoughts, but how can he do that when he’s failed as a leader today? Not even talking to Splinter about this could help, how could he talk to his father about this? Splinter made him the leader and set him role for a reason, and knowing that he’s failed his father, he couldn’t bear to face him.

The mission went badly, and he nearly lost Raph today because of it. They were stopping a couple of Purple Dragon punks from robbing a local antique store, until a sudden ambush of The Foot was thrown into the mix catching them all off guard. And Raph, being so headstrong, dived head first into fighting the Foot basically all by himself. And with his brothers already being preoccupied with their own fights, overwhelmed by the suddenness and growing numbers, they almost weren’t able to make it to Raph in time when a Foot ninja was able to stab him with their katana, stabbing right through his side. His plastron broken and blood pouring out of him, he still fought until the turtles were finally able to diminish the number of enemies they were fighting off.

After the fight was done, Leo was the first at Raph’s side, panic flooding his veins as he sat on his knees next to his fallen brother. Raph was gripping his side pressing his hand against the gaping wound, sweat coating his green skin as he struggled to not falter. Leo, being a quick thinker, pulled out the bandages from one of his belt pouches, quickly stuffing it to clog up the bleeding, and wrapping it in order to keep the clog inside. “DONNIE! MIKEY!” Leo yells for his younger brothers, who were already rushing to his side, “We need to get back to the lair, NOW!” He would put Raph’s arm around his shoulders, helping him stand as a pained groan left the turtle’s beak. Mikey rushed over and was quick to take Raph’s other side, and basically carried him all the way back to the lair.

Once the turtles made it back, Donnie had led them to his lab, instructing them to get Raph laid out on his table so he could work on his wound. Mikey was the one to stay by Raph’s side, talking him through the whole process while Leo couldn’t bear to stay and watch. He felt guilt and shame for letting this happen, to let something he could’ve been able to prevent from happening if he just stepped in sooner. That’s what he thought at least… In reality, he couldn’t step in at all, not when he was already surrounded, but those logical thoughts never came to mind. All he could think about was how he could’ve been able to save Raph from this pain.

After hearing the commotion, and checking in with Donnie to see what was happening, he was able to give you a brief summary of what happened as he worked on Raph’s wound. “The Foot ambushed us.” He states, his expression darkening as he looked down at Raph, who had passed out, “We weren’t able to get to Raph on time before he got stabbed.” He mutters, finishing up the stitching that needed to be done, “I know Leo’s taking it hard.” He sighed, “You should go see him.” And with that, you left the lab, and found Leo standing in the living room, deep in thought. You finally approach him, your hand reaching out and rubbing his arm, his arm twitching under your touch before he slowly turns his head towards you.

“Hey.” You greeted softly, looking up into his face, seeing the devastated look that he tried so hard to hide for your sake and his own. “Hey…” his voice cracked, making your heart ache. You could hear the devastation and pain in his voice, as he struggled to hold himself together, before you’d finally envelop him in a warm hug, saying softly, “Welcome home.” He froze up, before his body trembled, biting his lower lip as he tried to hold back his tears. His strong arms wrapped around you tightly as he buried his face into the crook over your neck, hot tears pouring down his cheeks as you could hear a small sob escape him.

You knew that all you could do for him in this moment was hold him, no amount of reassuring and comforting words could help him now, not when he felt like this, not when his mind was already full of these thoughts of failure. So when your arms wrap around his trembling figure, to provide him comfort, he couldn’t help but fall apart in your arms. He needed this and he needed you. And he was lucky that he had you… You were his rock, and you were his hope. And he always knew he could count on you to be there for him, to be his shoulder to lean on, to cry on, and to rest on, and for that he’ll always be grateful for you and will express that each and everyday.

How would the Tmnt bros (2003) react to a best friend who has a crush on them and at first they don't feel the same way, But way later on they develop feelings for their friend but theres that bit of awkwardness in that they already rejected said Friend's prior confession.

And like the friend took the rejection well and is trying to move on, though theres a bit of tension as the friend is subtly trying to avoid like being alone or like to close physically with their turtle crush so as to not make them uncomfortable and even gets on a dating app (with 0% success there lol) They atleast hide their still very much there feelings and are good at not being obvious they are still down bad for the turtle.

💙 Leo feels like a huge dick. Like, seriously. He felt really bad having to reject you, now he feels really bad that suddenly he feels those same feelings. Like, man. This is NOT what he wanted.

💙 Will actually avoid you at all costs because he feels so bad, he’s trying to focus on other things. He luckily feels better in a group setting so it’s just not you and him.

💙 He misses old times quite a bit, and when he sees the obvious signs that you’re still into him, he’s a mess. Man is just a goddamn mess. Like what’s he supposed to do in this situation? He’s heavily considering talking to you about this but he’s also very scared too.

❤️ Despite your confession, you and Raph remained rather close, I mean he wouldn’t ever let little feelings like that ruin— And he’s caught feelings too. Right after he’s rejected you. Oh he feels awful.

❤️ Taking his frustrations out on the punching bag and sparring lately, RIP Mikey. He’s just really upset, because not only did he reject you, but he’s seen those dating apps on your phone too. He wants to sincerely make it up to you.

❤️ Isn’t sure if he should shoot his shot or just let it be and wait and see if these feelings go away or get stronger… He chooses to wait. He chooses to see if these feelings just happened because of the confession and they’re a short time thing. 💜 Poor Donnie’s brain is going haywire. It was about three months later that he rejected you that he suddenly caught feelings, and it suddenly occurred to him while he was working on his latest invention. And he could not stop thinking about it either.

💜 Dude was panicking a lot when he first realized, and honestly felt himself wanting to cry. He was overwhelming himself at the moment and ended up going to Master Splinter for comfort. After that fiasco, he’s very distant. Like, he’s worse than Leo, kind of distant. He’s just drowning himself in his work and it takes a toll on him mentally.

💜 You end up catching him one day and forcing him to talk, and he finally kinda admits that he’s been feeling like shit because he’s rejected you, and that he randomly caught feelings as well. You two certainly talked for hours, trying to get it sorted out. And if either goes: You two remain friends and try to move past this. Or, you both give a possible relationship a chance after spending more time together.

🧡 To say he didn’t expect this was an understatement, the feelings just kinda hit him out of nowhere. When you helped him patch up after a skateboard trick gone-wrong, it hit him. Mikey liked you, but he already rejected your confession. Uh oh.

🧡 He definitely thinks on it, for once, instead of going in and flirting with you. For once he was thinking about this, as he felt guilty about it. When he’s thought about it, he’s probably gonna be the only one who’s open about it unlike the rest of his brothers, only one that has really healthy communication.

🧡 When he’s open and honest, he’s extremely nervous, I mean, who wouldn’t be? Rejecting you then telling you how he feels about you is pretty messed up. Luckily, the two of you talk it out and try to reconcile and work it out. Luckily, your feelings were still there and blazing, and it’d take a bit before you could completely forgive him, but you both worked it out. You’re giddy to say you have a date on Friday and you’ve deleted all the dating apps off your phone within minutes after you and Mikey’s big talk.

Being a News Reporter with big dreams, you were always looking for something new, something BIG that could rocket you into public recognition; and it was hard. You were just a local News Reporter doing smaller jobs, and it frustrated the hell out of you, understandably enough. Though it was a terrible idea to start looking into some serious stuff that not many covered, such as these break-ins and fights going on with mutants and these weird ninjas…

Going to investigate one night led you to being captured by the Foot Clan, and you certainly thought you weren’t gonna make it out. Luckily, you were proven wrong when four mutant turtles and a guy in a hockey mask saved you. Once everything cleared, your life changed forever, for the better of course.

Meeting the turtles, Casey, April and Splinter was probably the best thing that ever happened to you, not only that, doing a small News Report on ‘Mysterious Heroes’ definitely got you recognized, though some people thought you were crazy, most were definitely intrigued. 5 mysterious men in the night fighting ninjas? In New York? Things had gotten interesting.

After finally being skyrocketed, your private life has gotten more entertaining. Four mutant turtles as your friends? That’s sick! They were all fun to hang out with and they all had their own thing going for them, like Leo, the leader in blue trying to keep his brothers out of trouble, Raph, a turtle with major anger issues but has a soft heart, Donnie being a literal tech genius and a mechanic, and then there’s Mikey who was just the definition of chaotic good, the dude was crazy! April, she was a smart woman, and she was also easy to talk to, and you always felt comfortable with her. Splinter was like a father to you, and he had definitely helped you when you had some mental struggles… And then there was Casey. Oh, Casey was stupid and stubborn, but he had a good heart, and for some reason, this HIMBO, he ended up making your heart flutter and your face red. Somehow, this man, the man you sometimes bumped heads with and drove you up the wall, was the one that made you feel this way.

To say that nobody noticed was a lie, and guess who the first one was to notice? Yup, Raph. He was the one to notice that you were crushing on his good ole pal, Casey Jones, and was he gonna keep it to himself? Well, actually yeah, he was planning on it, until Mikey himself realized and went and told just about everyone, he’s a bit of a blabber mouth. Luckily, the turtles stopped him before he could go and tell Casey, and instead, Donnie suggested an idea…

Why not set up a blind date? Leo at first wanted to stay out of it, but with the continuous pestering, he finally gave in. Donnie was the one to devise the plan, Mikey and Raph would be the ones to bring you and Casey on this blind date, while Donnie and Leo worked on getting some hockey game tickets… Was a hockey game really the most romantic date? No. But would it bring Casey in? Absolutely.

And so they got to work, Leo and Donnie got the tickets, and Mikey got you, informing you that you were going on a blind date, and Raph dragging Casey, telling him he had a hot date at the hockey game. When you finally met up with your blind date, you were certainly shell-shocked when you realized it was Casey, and Casey, surprised you were his date.

Being given the tickets, the turtles wished you off as you and Casey would head off together to this game, albeit, you were an awkward and nervous mess while Casey was cheering for this game…

The turtles were certainly hoping for the best, and they were excited when Casey slung an arm around your shoulders and led you into the place to watch the game.

Internally, you were flustered, but happy, and Casey was the one to start up the conversation. “So… The turtles set us up on a date.” He starts, “Do you think they were just matchmaking or?” He glanced down at you, curiously, and you thought to yourself, ‘Well, I never told them that I liked Casey, but maybe they noticed? Or maybe Casey’s right…’ you looked back up at him, “Maybe? Either way, I’m not complaining.” Casey looked a little surprised, but smirked soon after, “You saying you like me, sweetheart?” Your face went red, but you took a deep breath and hit him back with the, “Well… Maybe I do? That a problem?”

Casey’s face softened as his cheeks reddened, his smirk turning into a smile as he stared down at you, “Not at all, maybe I do too.” As he led you to your seats and sat down with you. You were both quiet for a moment, but the silence wasn’t uncomfortable at all, you were just both kind of thinking, ‘Wow he/they like me!’ And to say that you were both cuddling before the game started would be the truth. That didn’t last long though, since well, once the game started, Casey was getting excited and jumpy, and all you could do was laugh and cheer with him.

I love it especially they weren't looking for trouble at all, they were just walking from work 😭, they heard someone called their name before immediately running away as fast as they can 💨, they even took cover in an alleyway but the chasers were still looking for them, they were shocked by someone landing on the dumpster they were hiding & heard a fight going on, they peeked out after a moment of silence to see a mutant turtle fighting 🐢, they stood up slowly after pushing their shock away to approach him, he was checking if that was the last one before realising they're behind him, he did notice that they're looking in awe but he instinctly said don't scream which makes sense 😞, they thanked & complimented him with a smile ☺️, Leo's heart fluttered as he's not sure why their smile & thanks made him grateful that he saved them 🥺, it melted his heart a bit since thank you's were rare, it fed into his minor hero-complex, he offered a small nod instead of letting them know how much it meant to him 🥺, he said a few words before leaving, both of them think of each other 🤭, he would follow them after their night shift to keep them safe 👍, Raph was so caught off guard that he went blank & just said what, they repeated themselves which he replied coolly before going to the rooftop, he made sure they're safe on their way back home, it made his ego grow & became a core memory when he finally processed it 🤭, Donnie was surprised but he smiled sweetly as he said it's no problem at all ☺️, he could feel his face becoming warmer as he's just doing his job 🤭, it felt nice since he doesn't receive a lot of gratitude 🥺, he offered to walk them home to keep them safe 👍, both of them had small talk on the way back before he waved goodbye to go to the rooftop, he would greet them & watch out for them whenever he sees them on patrol, Mikey grinned while boasting about his skills, they couldn't help but laugh a bit when he showed off, he offered to walk them back home & to introduce them to his family 🤭, he talked about everything once they agreed, he's so disappointed when he had to leave but he promised to see them again, he's always sneaking up on them & playing with them whenever he sees them, and both of them always enjoy themselves ☺️ Thank you so much for doing my request because I love it so much :) Can I request now? Getting attacked by some goons wasn’t on your to-do list tonight, but unfortunately, it seems like the universe didn’t care for your plans. Casually walking down the streets from a late-night shift, you heard some guy call out to you. Turning around, you see an unsettling sight of a group of men coming towards you. Feeling your alarm bells go off, you were quick to run away, not wanting to give them the chance.

Yet they chased you anyways, and in a stare or panic, you tried to lose them by taking cover in an alleyway. Hiding behind a dumpster, you put a hand over your mouth and take deep breaths to calm yourself as you heard the man from earlier say, “Search the area, I saw them turn down here.” And you felt your heart sink.

As you awaited the oncoming doom, you suddenly heard something land on the dumpster you were hiding behind, making you jump and squeak. As you froze, you heard sounds of men grunting, yells and thuds. After a moment of silence, you peek out, and see a giant mutated turtle kick the last grunt into the wall, knocking him out.

Pushing back the shock, you stand up slowly and come out, watching as the turtle breathed heavily, looking around at his surroundings, making sure he got the last of them, before he turned to you. His eyes widened when he saw you staring in awe at him, and his first instinct was to say, “Don’t scream.”

Instead of screaming, as he had expected, he heard a small, “Thank you, you’re an amazing fighter.” You tilt your head to the side, a smile resting on your face.

🐢💙Leonardo💙🐢

💙 Leo’s heart jumped, and he wasn’t sure why. The genuine ‘thank you’ and kind smile made him thankful he was here today to protect you. Getting thank you’s were hard to come by, but hearing it now made him slightly melt inside, it fed into his small hero-complex he has.

💙 He wouldn’t show it outwardly that it means a lot to hear, but will just offer a small nod, “Just doing what I do, please stay safe out here.” before he disappeared into the night, leaving you in awe and to think about this night for ages.

💙 He certainly thinks about you too, and watches throughout the night as well. Whenever he sees you after a late-night shift, he’s following to make sure you make your way home safe and sound.

🐢❤️Raphael❤️🐢

❤️ Raph was a little caught off guard by the genuine ‘thank you’, and honestly wasn’t sure how to react entirely. He just kinda stared at you and went, “What?”

❤️ When you repeat yourself, he takes a deep breath and all he can say is, “It’s no problem, Dollface, now get home.” He takes to the rooftop and follows you home to make sure nothing else happens to you.

❤️ After it finally sinks in when he’s repeating the memory in his head, it kind of inflates his ego, and it becomes one of his core memories.

🐢💜Donatello💜🐢

💜 Surprised by this, but smiles sweetly, “Hey, it’s no problem at all.” Donnie felt himself growing a little warm in the face by this expression of gratitude, especially since he’s just doing his job.

💜 He doesn’t receive a lot of gratitude for the things he does, so hearing it just feels so very nice. He would offer to help you home, as he wanted to make sure you were safe.

💜 Lots of small talk during the walk home. He waves goodbye to you from a rooftop before disappearing into the night, and everytime he sees you on each patrol he’s on, he’s greeting you and watching out for you.

🐢🧡Michelangelo🧡🐢

🧡 That wide smile across Mikey’s face spoke volumes, “Hey! No problem dude! And you can thank my master for these skills!” He’s spinning his nunchucks, showing off and getting a small laugh out of you.

🧡 He’s more willing to introduce himself than his brothers and he’s offering to take you home. Once you agree, he’s talking about everything and anything.

🧡 When he has to go, he’s pretty disappointed, but he swears he’ll see you again one way or another. And he keeps that promise too. Whenever he sees you he’s sneaking up on you and playing with you. It’s always a good time.

I was wondering if for the tmnt bros (all 4, 2003) what would happen if say they had a shy sorta insecure S/O and they had sorta planned a date with S/O mentioning that they had a surprise planned for their BF. Fast forward to later the the turtle kinda forgot due to having a mission after finishing it they and their bros need to get something from his room, Where they'd find the S/O in lingerie, on their bed, covered in flower petals and even candles the same color of their turtle boyfriend's mask and they say something flirty before opening their eyes seeing all the bros there instead of just their boyfriend, get super flustered and accidentally knock a candle down almost causing a fire, and while trying to cover themself just face plants onto the floor getting a nosebleed in the process and a slight concussion.

afterwards poor S/O cant look at the other turtles for about a week and and their not even mad just feeling a bit humiliated and saying stuff like "yeah it was a dumb idea anyways, probably wont do it again in the future" Though they do kinda find it a little funny later on about how badly it went

Oh, it was a stupid idea, a REALLY stupid idea. To say you regretted it, would be an understatement… In your defense you just wanted to give your boyfriend something nice! It took you a long while, but you had finally built up some confidence to finally impress your boyfriend and maybe try and give him a night to remember. Oh did you not intend THIS to be the night to remember.

Your boyfriend was out on a mission, one that took longer than expected, but it gave you enough time to put your plan into motion! You bought the candles, bought the roses and you got your lingerie. Alright everything was going well, just according to plan… You warned Splinter not to go into T/N’s room, to which he complied and just stayed in the dojo to meditate. Great. That was great for you, so you suited up slipped into your lingerie and checked yourself out in his mirror to make sure everything was good and fitted perfectly. DAMN, did you look good! This made you even more confident in all of this and got everything else set and ready to go!

Finally, the guys arrived back home, T/N groaning as he flopped onto the couch tiredly, not even remembering at the time that you had something planned for him in his bedroom. He was exhausted and a little brain dead at the moment, so when one of his brothers asked if they could grab something from his room that they left in there, he nonchalantly gave them the go-ahead, not thinking much about it.

You were laid out on the bed, awaiting his arrival, your eyes closed as you took deep breaths to ready yourself. Once you heard the door open, you started with, “Welcome home ba—” once you opened your eyes, you were greeted with the wrong turtle, and your heart dropped. And honestly, B/N was staring at you with a look of horror and shock. You let out a shriek as you rushed to cover yourself, ultimately failing as you slipped out of the bed and landed on your face, a little too hard. You barely noticed the blanket catch on fire as B/N panicked and called for T/N’s help, to which he bolted in and panicked.

Yeah… Not a fun time to say the least. Donnie ended up having to patch you up, help you with your bleeding nose and made sure you didn’t fall asleep because of your concussion. You were so embarrassed, you couldn’t even look into B/N’s eyes for a while, or any of T/N’s brothers eyes for that matter…

💙 Leo didn’t realize that you had something planned for him until the moment he heard your shrieks come from his bedroom and Donnie’s panicked yells for Leo brought him back to his senses. You planned something for him, and he completely forgot. He hurried to his room, freezing when he saw you face-first onto the ground and his blanket on fire.

💙 Luckily, Donnie was quick to put out the fire while Leo was by your side in an instant. Mikey and Raph rushed to the room to check things out while Leo covered your body while making sure you were okay. He could not forgive himself for this for a LONG while, not when he saw your face when he pulled you off the ground. After Donnie made sure you were okay, and was quick to move on with the situation, he left you alone with Leo.

💙 He comforted you the rest of the night, holding you close and kissing your face softly as he murmured soft little apologies. He’d make it up to you, and he swore that he would. He became EXTRA protective of you too, and was always sure to check his bedroom first before his brothers went in, he even set a ground-rule not to go into his bedroom until he’s made sure nothing’s going on in there. Yeah maybe he’s going a little far, but it’s appreciated.

❤️ He didn’t see it coming, but he sure did hear it, that shriek he knew rather well, and Mikey’s yelling of, “WOAH! I DID NOT NEED TO SEE THAT!” Raph bolted to his room without a second thought, and oh the sight that greeted him, you face first on the ground and Mikey standing there, frozen and panicking. “WELL DON’T JUST STAND THERE SHELL BRAIN! HELP ME PUT OUT THE FIRE!” Raph yelled at Mikey as the two worked on putting out the fire first, soon Leo joining in once he heard the commotion.

❤️ Once he knew it was done, he chased out his brothers before hurrying to your side, eyes wide and panicked, “Dollface! You okay?!” He sat you up as you had tears of embarrassment rolling down your eyes and a bleeding nose. He was quick to sit you back on his bed as he grabbed an extra blanket. After he’s carefully wrapped you, he scoops you up and hurries to find Donnie, “Hey brainiac! Need some help here!” Donnie rolled his eyes before he was greeted by the sight of your bruised forehead and bleeding nose. Biting back the sarcastic remark, he was quick to take care of you.

❤️ After you were all taken care of, Raph took you back to his room, laid you on the bed, put out all the candles, before curling up beside you. He swore to himself he’d never let this happen again. And boy, did he make sure it didn’t not only that, he became like your bodyguard, actually scratch that, he was more of your guarddog. When you were recovering, he made sure to do everything you asked and never left your side. If anybody tried to check in, he was quick to tell them to buzz off. It was your guys time, nobody was interrupting it this time.

🐢💜Donatello💜🐢

💜 Donnie relaxed against the couch, the TV playing mindless nonsense as he just gave his brain a break from the rough mission. When he was about to doze off, Leo would tell him he was heading to his lab, to which he didn’t think much of until he heard a loud shriek and Leo yelling apologies, causing alarm for everyone. Donnie was fast on his feet and bolted to his lab, seeing the scene, he panicked. First of all, you’re hurt, second… FLAMMABLE ITEMS IN HIS LAB!!!

💜 He panicked, but was quick, he took a blanket and covered you first before yelling to Leo, “Help me put out the flames!” To which, the both of them did, Raph and Mikey soon joining while Splinter would wait outside the lab, worried. Once everything was said and done, Donnie gently scooped you up and headed to his little examination table, gently laying you down as you whined out in pain. He didn’t take too long to take care of you, cleaning up your nose and stopping the bleeding, before keeping a close eye on you because of the concussion.

💜 He would be so sweet and gentle with you, whispering small reassuring things as he took care of you. He always shushed you when you tried to apologize about the whole thing, I mean, it was both of your guys fault, Donnie not remembering, and you not thinking of that possibility. Donnie felt at fault for the most part for it, because if he remembered this wouldn’t have happened in the first place. Either way, he would cuddle with you the whole night, watching a movie to help distract you both from that disaster.

🐢🧡Michelangelo🧡🐢

🧡 Mikey got up and actually ended up microwaving some pizza, as he felt pretty damn hungry. While he was doing that, staring intently at the microwave, he heard Raph call out to him about needing something back from him and that he was checking his room. Mikey gave him the go-ahead and continued to wait, until he heard Raph scream and you shriek from his bedroom.

🧡 This man has never moved so fast in his life, Donnie and Leo right on his tail as they stumble into his room. Raph was panicking over you, unsure of what to do, meanwhile the main concern for Leo and Donnie was the fire! Those two worked on it while Mikey was by your side in an instant, in this situation he couldn’t even joke to try and distract you and make you feel better, he just wrapped you up in his arms and held you close.

🧡 Once the whole fiasco was taken care of and Donnie fixed you up, Mikey was trying so hard to cheer you up and keep your mind off of what just happened. He even sacrificed his last slice of pizza to you, before getting all cozy with you. He was very doting that night, making sure you were okay, because honestly he was never this worried. You ended up sleeping in his arms that night with him holding you in a protective manner.

Yeah… You were never doing that again, despite being spoiled by your partner and taken care of after everything was said and done, you’d rather not face the embarrassment of his brother walking in on you again when you’re in such a vulnerable position meant for T/N. It will never happen again, ESPECIALLY not with candles, if T/N wants candles he will be lighting them up himself.

Luckily now you can finally look B/N in the eyes after everything and laugh it off while feeling yourself die inside after everything. Mistakes were made, and you certainly learned from that whole experience.

TikTok was an interesting platform that you enjoyed scrolling through occasionally, and it wasn’t until one day you stumbled upon the couple side of TikTok. You were planning on scrolling past until a certain one caught your attention, and it certainly got you thinking…

Later that night, you and your boyfriend were doing your nightly activities as you usually did, when you got a sudden call from April. You answered with a smile, “Hey April, what’s up?” You ask, the conversation flowing naturally until she asked where you were at. Without hesitation, you answered, “Oh! Yeah, I’m at my husband's place.” You smile, before glancing over at the turtle beside you, getting the following reaction…

💙 Leo was staring rather intensely at you, feeling a flood of emotions course through him as he stared at you. He would then let out a soft chuckle, and waited until you hung up. He really liked that, oh he REALLY loved that actually, you saw him as your husband, huh?

💙 Once you hung up, he wrapped his arms around you and kissed you sweetly, “So, what was that about, hm?” He mused, as you giggled a bit. “You want to get married? Why didn’t you just say so?” He smiles, and you couldn’t find it in your heart to tell him it was a TikTok, you just couldn’t, not at the time anyways. And plus, I mean the topic was on your mind after all.

💙 “Oh yeah.” You grin as you draw him into a loving kiss, “Let’s get married?” You ask, smiling at him. A chuckle escapes him and he presses his forehead against yours, “Yeah… Let’s get married.” He swiftly lifts you up, bridal style, “And let’s make it soon. I want this husband title to be more permanent.” He chuckles. (Though you would have to tell him later down the line about this because you felt a tad bit guilty, spoiler; he was confused, but he was fine with it.)

❤️ Raph gave you a soft chuckle, before placing a hand on your hip, “Damn right you are.” He smirked down at you. Now this, dear reader, stroked his ego, he absolutely loved it. He waits for you to finish up the call with April, lightly rubbing your skin in a loving manner as he was left with his thoughts for a moment.

❤️ Once you hung up, he kissed your head, “Husband, huh? Get that from somewhere?” He asks, and you couldn’t help but chuckle, “Yes… I did, it was a TikTok idea.” He playfully rolled his eyes, “Now you didn’t mean it?” He teased, making you panic, “Of course I did, Raph!” He let out a small laugh, “Easy, Dollface. I’m messing with you.” He would kiss your forehead, calming you down.

❤️ He was a little disappointed that it was a TikTok trend, but he does have to admit, you calling him your husband certainly felt good. Now he was rather tempted to make you a Hamato, if you catch my drift. But he’d wait, he wants it to be at the right time… For now, he’s just relentlessly bullies you (lovingly) about this for a good while.

💜 Chokes, Donnie literally chokes. He was in the middle of drinking some apple juice when the phrase, ‘my husband’s’, gave him some whiplash with this one. He was choking and coughing, wiping away dripping juice as you panicked and hung up on April to help him, (RIP Donnie, died to apple juice 💀).

💜 Once you finish helping him clean up, he would finally regain his composure, his nostrils still stinging from the apple juice, he asks, “What was that about?” He wasn’t angry, not at all, just really confused about this whole thing. Husband? That’s not the right term, you guys aren’t married (yet)! You end up explaining, “Well… It was a TikTok trend and I kinda wanted to see how you’d react.” You admit.

💜 He chuckles and shakes his head at this, “A TikTok trend?” He asks, “Well, it certainly caught me off guard… But maybe don’t do that the next time I’m drinking apple juice, it isn’t pleasant in the throat nor the throat.” He warns, making you smile, “Right, sorry Don.” And you kissed his cheek, returning back to your fun nightly activities of working on his latest invention.

🧡 Mikey goes along with it, he’s seen this trend. He wraps his arms around your waist and leans against your shoulder, speaking closer to the phone, “Yup~ Wifeys at my place!” He grins, and now you were feeling yourself get red in the face, now a little flustered that he went along with it. It kinda made you feel a little giddy inside.

🧡 Once hanging up, Mikey was giving you a smug smirk, “Tried to pull that one on me? Well I’m two steps ahead of you, angelcakes!” He grins as he’d kiss your cheek, making you groan, “Damn it, Mikey. I was hoping you’d be a little more on the surprised side, but alas, you know TikTok better than I do.” Making him laugh and nuzzle against your neck.

🧡 He placed sweet kisses along your neck, “Nah, that just takes the fun out of it.” He grins widely, pulling away to look into your eyes, “Plus, I’ve always wanted to call you wifey.” He smirked again when he saw you blush a little harder, making you sigh, “Fine fine! You win.” You groan, hugging him around the shoulders, as he laughed softly and nuzzled your cheek lovingly.

💙 Leo was just doing some training by himself, trying to perfect some moves that he was learning this week, and you sat there watching him, mostly for the first time. It’d probably be a little later into the relationship when he felt comfortable enough for you to watch him. He felt your eyes basically burning holes through him, eyeing him quite intensely.

💙 He looked back and noticed your red cheeks and was rather confused, like… Huh? Asked if you’re okay, and you shake away from your thoughts going, “Just like watching you practice, keep going baby!” It’ll eventually click with him that you’re attracted to him fighting, and he feels rather flustered by it. Feels oddly motivated by your attraction to his training and honestly shows off more.

💙 Ends up perfecting the move with you cheering him on and looks back at you with a big smile. He ends up inviting you to more of his training and sparring sessions, he doesn’t particularly like you being near any real fights that he’s taking on, it's more of a no-go with him.

💙 Secretly thrilled though, like dude is so happy. In all honesty, I feel like it would take Leo so long to ACTUALLY confess, like you’d guys be in your thirties or something and he finally says something about his feelings, so you making the first moves, that helps a lot.

💙 Asks you if you’re sure first, because you know the whole mutant thing, and how it would be a little hard on the dating life, I mean the dangers and people never knowing who your boyfriend was could weigh down on you, but you waving off those concerns with that smile makes him feel a little better about it all.

Overall, he took it very well and was very happy with the result. Probably makes out with you at the end of the date too not gonna lie, I mean, he’s been waiting for this long. He’s the second chillest out of the brothers, (Mikey is number one).

💜 Works out well for Donnie if anything, he’ll push off confessing because of his worries of ruining the already great relationship the two of you already have.

💜 You see him visibly relax when you ask him out, like a weight is lifted off his shoulders immediately. He listens to everything before giving an answer. Absolutely says yes and lets you pick out the date you wanna go on. Doesn’t care where you guys go, as long as it’s a fun date for both of you.

💜 By the end of it, you guys are holding hands while watching a movie together to finish the date night off. Actually asks you to spend the night (rather shyly), and you guys cuddle in bed for the rest of the night.

🧡 Mikey’s so chill with it, compared to most of his brother's reactions. Yeah he’s surprised, don’t think he isn’t, I mean when you literally asked, he made the ‘o’ face, before smiling widely. 🧡 Asks it’s a joke first before celebrating and bragging to his brothers and father. Literally everyone will know, and no, telling him ‘no’ is not an option, he has bragging rights now, and he’s gonna abuse the shit out of those bragging rights.

🧡 Probably the most chaotic couple though, you guys can range from very chill to pranking the brothers together within seconds. Everyone’s happy for Mikey, but… They didn’t expect double trouble.

💙 Anytime you lash out he just takes it. He literally fights with Raph all the time. Will let you cool down, give you much needed space, then ask you to meditate with him to help clear your mind of these negative emotions.

💙 Will sit down with you multiple times and have talks with you, each time finally getting closer and closer to how you feel. Has the patience of a god and will wait as long as he can, don’t test him he’ll wait as long as he can. When you finally open up about how you feel, he’s good at reassuring you that he’s doing this because he wants to and because he cares for you. Is sure to give you words of affirmation every day until you finally feel comfortable to bring your walls down with him. And trust me when I say he definitely mentally celebrates, many kisses were given the day you did.

❤️ Raph gets it, he really does, you’re a little more friendlier than him, but when you lash out he sees himself in you. He goes to you a lot to help you talk, and sometimes in return he’ll talk to you too. Therapy for each other.

❤️ Probably the quickest of the brothers to work you through these issues. Again, he gets it because when he looks at you and how you act based on your emotions, he can only see himself, and he doesn’t want you to go through a lot of emotional pain he went through.

❤️ Big old cuddle bug with you, once both of your shells are broken through. Doesn’t really leave you alone often either so you don’t dwell on these negative thoughts and try to close yourself off again. Anxious thoughts can lead to overthinking and he knows that pretty well.

💜 Donnie is a little awkward in the emotional department, (and I honestly say that for every Donnie, not always the best in the emotional-department), so he’s kinda having a hard time here. Doesn’t mean he isn’t trying though. He’s trying to give you the right words in order to help.

💜 But he does what he doesn’t usually do, listen. He’ll hear you out if you ever finally break down your walls, and he won’t interrupt because it’s important to him to know how you feel. He’ll work on solutions when you’re done.

💜 He really does care about you, but when it comes to being lashed out at or you trying to exclude yourself, it kinda catches him off guard. But he stays on it, he lives with Raph after all. Has pretty good patience with you and will keep that patience going for as long as he can push it. Overall, he does pretty well and has a lot of patience, and will put his gadgets to the side for you.
