So I meditate concentrating on my breathing and until my mind is "clear", in case if I meditate for emptiness, is it ok to do just that?

How to meditate in an easy way (without YouTube videos)?

i don't remember when i got this, so sorry if its late!! i've been really busy lately since i'm in the middle of moving houses rn :sob: BUTTTT...
⟡﹒meditation is super simple! there is a lot of different ways you can meditate, mainly because it's just focusing on something specfic and being in the present kinda ??
so since you said without youtube videos, i'm guessing you mean guided mediations? so thats what i'll talk about !!
⟡﹒to meditate just casually without youtube videos, try and sit (or lay !!) in a quiet area where you can have a few minutes without being disrupted. i recommend sitting up straight A LOT, but meditation doesn't have any rules, so do whatever makes you feel comfortable. then close your eyes and pick something to focus on. you can focus on your breathing, or the sounds around you, or the texture of something, it doesn't matter too much in my opinion.
you want to calm down your mind during this, so try and focus on something that isn't your thoughts. you want to kind of just be there? not focusing on your thoughts iykwim! obviously, your going to get thoughts during meditation, but you can just imagine the thought you had in a bubble, floating away into the air. just try and not pay too much attention to your thoughts !
⟡﹒however, if your like me and have a hard time focusing while your meditating like that, you can play some calming music or something that envokes feelings in you!! i know you said without youtube videos, but i thought i'd mention it anyway!)
TO END THIS OFF... there are so many other ways to meditate!! sorry for rambling this time, but i like meditating so it kind of made me excited to answer this sdkjf. but i hope this helps!! if you have any questions you can always ask me and i'd be happy to answer/clarify!!

i was wondering, do you have any method reqs for someone like me?
like someone w Aphantasia (you cant physically visualize things) and who has a short attention span? also cant listen to subliminals?

hihi! are you talking about just manifesting in general or shifting ? but its okay u can use these for either !! i have two methods here i hope they can help a tiny bit :(( ⟡﹒void state - get into a deep meditative state from meditating (some people say the god state ?) where you are basically pure consiousness ! since its pure consiousness, everything you say comes true ! (with intention ofc!!) to get into it you theres 2 methods you can use! since you said you have a short attention span i'd recommend the asleep method more :)) awake - meditate and affirm until you feel floaty and until your surroundings change, you'll kind of just know your in it. after you enter, stay calm and start affirming whatever you want to manifest (entering your dr for example) the affirmations most people use are "i am pure consciousness" and "i am in the void state" sleeping - before bed, you affirm you'll wake up in the void state, like repeating affirmations in your head while you try and fall asleep! when you wake up, you'll be in the void state and you can begin affirming what you want to have ! ^^ you can use "i will be in the void state when i wake up/fall asleep" or "i always wake up in the void state) ⟡﹒lucid dreams - since i've read dreams are from our subconscious mind, becoming aware in your dream will basically open a door to communicate with your subconscious mind so easily! i'd definitely try this after getting some more practice and experience with lucid dreaming! i'm not gonna explain how to lucid dream since it'd take way to much time :SOB: but yk this is for after you get into your dream! visualize - since you can't physically visualize things, it'll be very helpful to visualize while your in a dream! try and engage with the environment of your desire, if its shifting then try making a portal or your dr house first! if your desire is a new school, imagine being in the school, talking to all the students and touching the surfaces ect. affirm - affirm you already have your desire in your dream, try and say them out loud and it'll be easier for the subconscious to accept it as it hears things repeatedly! repeat - your subconscious will believe literally anything you tell it. so if you keep getting into your lucid dream and visualizing, affirming ect. it HAS to manifest for you !!!

honestly i manifested a lot but this is just a small list of some things i've manifested! W/ SUBLIMINAL LINKS :)

honestly, i've been having a really big break from manifesting (im not sure why akjmndfkj) but most of these were from about a year ago (?) :))
✩ personality changes !!
SO, the biggest thing i manifested was my personality. before, i was an introvert and i literally hated talking to people i didn't know. i was SO over it, so i listened to kapelsu's extrovert personality sub! i also just started faking being extroverted. i did the MBTI test but answered the questions as my ideal personality (i got ESTP and it's still my mbti to this day !!) i literally started talking to people at school and in my classes asking "hey you seem cool, can we be friends?". it was actually so awkward and nerve-racking at first but after about 2 weeks (?) of doing it, i turned into my ideal personality.
✩ no frizzy hair !!
i have wavy hair naturally, kind of like this photo? well, i used to have really frizzy hair whenever i washed it. i literally lived off of dry shampoo. (help this is so embarassing :sob:) BUT! i listened to v1pers anti-frizz spray and for a while, it didnt work. i seriously had to COMPLETELY forget about it and when i did- i literally just found a shampoo in my bathroom i completely forgot i had ??? i used it and asked the universe for my hair to not be frizzy anymore. and wowow! it worked and now i don't have frizzy hair anymore!! (CELEBRATE!)
✩ some luck !!
so honestly, i wasn't really trying to manifest some luck into my life but maybe that is why it worked so quickly! i listened to moza morph's extreme luck subliminal and v1pers desired life subliminal honestly for like one day ?? i listened to them each like 2 times while cleaning my room. literally the next day, my life got more exciting. my life is literally so boring so having a bunch of things happening was such a good thing. i went to cvs with my dad (long story) but he bought me two things ?? (both beauty related WOOHOO!!!) but i usually don't get more than one thing that i ask for at once, tbh. the same week my dad had bought me a body mist that i had ran out of at the store ?? it was very lucky for me and i can just feel that it was the manifestation that worked.

things you should script!
(this is mainly for kpop drs, tell me if you want one for other drs!)
✩ your predebut personality
especially if your shifting to be an adult when your an idol, you will definitely go through some personality changes as you grow up. were you a mean child or a super hardworking student in your teens?
✩ how you deal with stress
sometimes in this dr you can have really bad stress releasing habits ? so if you do, it'll be helpful to script you have healthy stress-lowering habits. EX: you do skincare, yoga, or meet up with family & friends when your stressed!
✩ your dorm or apartment complex
IF you live in one, it's helpful to script the different buildings/resources you can use. EX: entrance, front room, mail room, restaurant/café, laundry room, pool, gym, conference room!
✩ your device details
for some reason, i get super detailed in parts of my script, and not in others? but i love scripting my devices. instead of only writing what type of phone you use, add a picture of your phone background, or your contact names, or a really cute number you want in your dr!
disclaimer : you don't NEED to script these AT ALL, but i hope they can help anyone who wants to be specific in their script !!

how i connect to my dr !
✩ create/use sigils.
using sigils with the intent to connect to your dr or to gain motivation to shift always works for me! i'm not a sigil master, so for any info i'd recommend looking it up, but i use this website to create all my sigils
✩ meditate.
honestly meditation is so powerful (in literally any aspect) so you can use it for literally anything. meditate with the intention that you are connected to your dr ect. ect. and you'll see the results instantly ! just believe you will ;)
✩ rewrite ur script.
honestly, this gives SO much motivation to me. rewriting your script (or changing the theme!!) will make sure you read through everything you've scripted and remind you of how fun it'll be in your dr. plus, the new look will definitely make you feel cooler.
✩ listen 2 a playlist.
i know i know this is SO basic, but for me, music is such an important part of my life so listening to music that reminds me of my dr will make me more excited. you can add songs about your s/o, your music career (if you have one in your dr), your dr vibe, or how your enviorment makes you feel !
✩ relate emotions.
this is probably my best tip !! emotions are important when manifesting (and shifting !!) so sit down and think about how happy you'll be when you shift there, or how you'll react when someone asks you to do chores. how do you respond to compliments? it'll help you feel more clear when thinking about your dr.
✩the rest.
i won't go into detail for these, but : act out your scenarios, use subliminals, talk to other shifters about your dr, take a short FULL shifting break!
