Tbh- It's the fact many would claim that his soft gazes towards Geo "hints it", even though Cole gives that look to everyone. We only knew about Geo since he always thinks about him like how you would think about your crush but not Cole since it isn't easy to tell (i haven't watched the show for a long time so i can't tell other than hearing it from fans) and because the girls he first met (Seliel (from a comic) and Vania) weren't his planned love interests. That's why many believes that he might be canonically gay (some even shared screenshots of the early seasons where they claims are hinting it, the rainbow sword for example because he was the only one who had it), i hope to hear it from the creators themselves, hell- even Tommy said that anyone can interpret Conia's relationship however they want to, But knowing them, i doubt they will try and confirm his sexuality because here's the thing, the fandom can be quite toxic if your headcanon was wrong and since this is twitter, it shouldn't be surprised if it will happen once they confirm it.

Which i admit, in my opinion is risky to say because we should be aware how many feels when shipping a gay character with another of different gender so...

This is also the writer who wrote Cole's and Geo's interaction, the same who did for Cole and Vania. He himself also happens to ship Geo x Cole as well but stated this.

Ok, i did some research and found out even the writer supports this, however..

It turns out we can't tell whether it's canon or not since he himself said he can't comment on what is canon and isn't canon (despite the hints) unless the creators agrees on it so we can see how it can go..

"Cole is implied to be gay" i don't know, man, how can we be sure they aren't messing with us this time after making us believe that Vania also will be his love interest, only to confirm that there's nothing romantic between them at all? Despite the sus looks he kept given her? (The...lovey dovey kind of look thing because who looks at their friend like that? Unless it was bad writing?)

All i'm saying is, i believe they can't decide on what love interest to give Cole at all. Like, are you sure you really are finally giving him one or are you again messing with us?

Unless if all along you wanted to confirm something about Cole but you couldn't out of fear.

I'd rather hear their confirmation rather than believe what i see on TV and the internet, even though i haven't shipped Cole with anyone for a while because i stopped believing the guy will get a love interest at all and just believe "huh, so he will remain single for a whole seasons, alright"

Now that i think about it, you're right. hello. absolutely hate involving myself in fandom drama, but ifeel this is an important post to make as i have seen a lot of people taking a certain post at face value and believing it.

im referring to this one, made by @/realultimatehater

now, before i say these things, i feel the need to preface this by saying that i do not personally wish to align myself in this fandom debate. i am a tax-paying adult and do not have any energy or time to put into arguing about a tv show on the internet. nonetheless, i have seen people blindly spreading this post around and i feel this needs to be addressed.

this person is lying.

it feels like it should be obvious with the levels of "down with cis bus" energy pulsating off of this, but it's a huge fucking lie.

this person is a known harasser and has targeted children in the past. they will do anything, and i mean ANYTHING to rack up attention and internet points. they have made bold claims like this with little to no evidence in the past all so they can garner more hatred for certain fandoms on the internet. testimonies here and here, and some pretty damning screenshots here.

i advise you all to stop reblogging the post ive shown. it's disinformation, a story fabricated to direct more vitriol towards a fandom with little to no proof that it can somehow make people like this or attract people like this. this person is either a troll or just plain deranged. please stop believing what they say.

I feel the need to clear this up since one of my posts about this topic is blowing up, and I want to clear up any misinformation I might have spread.

A few days ago I made a post sharing someone's "sa" story, after I got a message from her (the user was one of my followers btw):

I believed it initially and made a post sharing it:

I made this out of initial shock from hearing it, and I felt like more people should've heard about this. But...after the shock wore off, I a few things felt...off. First, there was the user's bio:

I think even the people who hate viv and her fandom can admit that this bio is..questionable, to say the least.

Then I decided to through my DMS, where she said more questionable stuff:

She was deliberately planning out harassment to Viv fans. Again, even if you hate the show and the fandom, you have to agree this isn't ok. And when I said "uh, no" she then retracted by saying "it's mah anxiety".

And I bought it, but it still felt off to me. Turns out, the user was deliberately using a manipulation tactic on me to make me feel bad about opposing her. I learned that after after seeing this post which fully confirmed my suspicions that this person was full of shit:

The user is a known harasser in the viv community and she only wants to gain attention and rack up hatred for certain internet fandoms.

I feel like I should spread this around since the post has over 300+ notes, plus my most blowing up recently as well. I think both critics and fans should be aware that this person is a lying piece of shit, and block her on sight.

I'm a part of the HH/HB critical community, but I DO NOT condone any harassment towards fans simply for liking the show. I'm sorry for spreading this information around, I didn't mean to. And if you see this person...
